Awesome! I was looking for a good octave up project just to emulate the sound of josh in little sister and found this on tonepad! Great clip man! One little question: how does it sound without distortion or fuzz? Is it clean?
Man, dead on QTSA tones. Those chords sound pretty interesting to me, nice tones! Ignorant tone there!! Nice Pumpkins like tone before you kicked into little sister...I want my muff back. I built the GGG BMP a few years back.
the solo at the the end ! or at least part of it thats little sister!!! :P Queesn of the stoneage are sick and i am going to build myself a blues breaker!
oh yeah! i'm a huge fan of q.o.t.s.a. i don't really PLAY their music but i got all their discs and dvds, eagles of death metal too(but i play them)! that queens song is what made me want a green ringer, i don't know what he used on the album but i thought i could get close with the big muff and ringer mix.
the best song off of their last record was from desert sessions, its not even qotsa anymore its just one of josh hommes projects he does every couple years. songs for the def was their last real record, and it was amazing. their first two were really good as well.
Hello again PLUMBdogg you really get a bitchin sound out of that thing I got to build one of them next. I posted some MP3's under my Bulletins but no vid camera yet, that is next when I get some cash together thanks again man.
you should! they have plenty of sites out there and you can get kits from alot of them. generalguitargadgets dot com is where this is from and it was one of the easiest things to build, i'm also going through a big muff i built.
Aww, yeah! Nice QOTSA at 2:44. Sounds great. Might have to throw one together.

would you recommend running this on batteries or always using an adapter?
Rambo29 2 years ago
doesn't really make a difference. I like batteries because it's less cords in the way.
PLUMBdogg 2 years ago
@PLUMBdogg But using batteries is the best way to minimize hums and other noises

i'm not sure what you mean? like the enclosure for the pedal itself?
PLUMBdogg 4 years ago
Them licks sound bluesy and I love it.
wdupar20 4 years ago

do you need a sautering iron? or however you spell it?
fenderistic 4 years ago
yeah, it's soldering iron. you can go to radio shack and buy an iron with a set of electronic tools for about $20.
PLUMBdogg 4 years ago
