  • Ese pobre que intenta el final de Celeste Aida se cagó del susto. Qué pelada tomar una clase con Kraus para tan triste descenlace.

  • am I the only one who thinks the second tenor is CRAPPY?!?!

  • That baritone needs an attitude adjustment. He didn't even want to TRY what Kraus was suggesting LOL

  • Could anybody translate what Maestro say please?

  • Fantastic singers, fantastic singer. Great artist too, and... I knew him, he was a gentleman, something not very usual in competitive divos.

  • I agree the second one is ridiculous

  • Maestro... you left us too soon :(

  • Wow! Yes it is very interesting how he points to the cage development. He's got this nasal thing, but it is amazing how he starts with a very light and thin note, and then widens it obtaining amazing resonance and hearability. There should be a technical blog for this subject huh?

  • He was the one! He knew the way! O God, what a experience, what a technique!

  • this guy rox, whats the technique? i dont understand that....

  • I adore Kraus! Thank you for posting this wonderful video

  • I would like to know what the Maestro said about.I can't understand Spanish.

  • He says that young singers and students always are hurried and want success easily and sing in the most important theaters as soon as possible. He makes emphasis in study the technique, and go step by step.

  • Technique specially for high voices, tenor and sopranos. But the canto shaw be the same, canto is canto, it works for everyone. Great singer was Mr.Kraus, wonderful video!

  • Absolutely amazing!! his technique works...

  • A joy to watch/hear Alfredo.

  • Superb video but the second tenor was a funny disaster.

    Bravissimo Maestro Kraus :)

  • That tenor was so funny

  • Brilliant video. Great Alfredo sings final of Celeste Aida.

  • This is a great document. See the difference in technique emphasis that a lirico leggero makes (the harmonic cage development) in contrast to a lirico spinto (more body, more diaphragm) (see Domingo's masterclasses)

  • fantasitc video eventhough I didn't understand completely what he was saying, I seemed to get the gist. Thanks for the video again!
