Join the Google group Freedom from Covert Harassment and Surviellance, and make your situation public. Post names of perps, adresses, plates, descripts, etc. Like, i live in Grand Junction, Colorado. Say where you live, give your street address, etc. You can join wide eye cinema too, if people on these forums act rude to you -- this will happen -- it's important that you ignore them and continue to post, like keep a daily log. That's probably because I just try to pay more attention in surroundings than filimng. I usually hold it on my left hand and put my camera at the height of my eyes, so it might cause the diagonal view also - since I am right handed and holding a camera on my left hand is something I did not used to do. My filming would be improved in future.
