  • quel accent !!!!mais bien explique!!!bravo.Une precision importante!un fois caramelisee on peut pas remettre ce dessert au frigo,CAR LE CARAMEL se liquefie et perd son croustillant en faisant l'humiditè du choc thermique.une creme brulee se sert immediatement àpres caramellisation si non ce ne pas bon.
