Thats because this is most likely a new plane for Korean Air. As such, this is Paine Field (in other words - AIRPORT BOEING). Thus this plane is empty and being tested. At most it would only have VIP's and and their luggage, IF it was being delivered to Seoul (Korea).
The net essence is you are correct, very short takeoff.

@jorgen1990 you dont need to go through an aviation mechanic course to get into a aviation degree program i went to confederation college, i got accepted to Centenial Conestoga and sault all have fully certified airline transport programs

Is this one of their -300 or -300ER? Those engines don't look like the GE90 so I guess it's just the -300.
