you go from the Bb to the A when you are doing F F F F C Eb D C you want the A to come in on that last F, not after it.

And during the chorus', throw in a D note between chords.

And for the beginning piano riff, the real way isn't holding the F for a half note, it goes like Bb F D F F D F C F D F F D F

Just some things i noticed. And when you record yourself playing, it helps to listen to the song with headphones so you get the timing down better.

While it is a nice rendition, I'm not a proponent of writing out the note names on keys. It defeats the purpose of having to avoid reading. Also, using phrasal learning, you should eliminate the sheet music altogether. I should say it might be too much for me to say, because I'm a beginner myself, but good luck to you.
