You may choose to see love and peace, and that is good, but the fact still remains the many people in the world see hate and war, and if you don't choose to see them they will kill you in your blindness. Open your eyes. Don't live with blinders on. Not everyone has a kind heart. Don't let your kind heart be the thing that gets you killed. There are killers in the world who want you dead and don't care what you choose to see.
I don't anyone is suggesting one should be blind to those who see hate and war. Just the opposite: Be aware that both exist, and choose love and peace. Those who would kill you would do so regardless of what you choose, so why live in fear waiting for that horrible moment? Live your life as you wish, live it the best way possible, and your choices will lead you on a path that will change you from victim of circumstance to participant in life. Who knows, you may even change another's view.

If you focus negative energy on the things you feel hurt about, it will only cause those negative issues to become stronger. Instead, turn around your attitude and REALLY choose love. Choose to see the world being fed, choose to see us taking action for our environment, etc. As Mother Teresa said, "I was once asked why I don't participate in anti-war demonstrations. I said that I will never do that, but as soon as you have a pro-peace rally, I'll be there."

We all choose to see what we want to see in life. There are many external factors that can keep you mad as hell. I chose to release that baggage long time ago. What good is it doing you? Let everyone else rage but I would say for you, be at peace. We are living in the BEST of times, experiencing the BEST of everything. That which is negative is so small in comparison to all the good that is going on, however the MEDIA has magnified the negative to seem as if everything is all wrong.
