Black people better start patenting their ideas because if you don't, whites will come here and claim it as their own, like they've done with everything else Blacks have contributed and invented.
haha I used to have a doll when I was little with hair like this and I always wanted to try it with my own hair. :P It's really cute :D Thanks for the tutorial..
Im mixed and my hair is straight if i want it to be but curly and bushy on the ends once it dries, from being washed. I have to flat iron my hair everytime I wash it,and that just takes up so much of my time, this style will allow me to cut time. Its too cute too. Thanks alot for the video,I just wished you'd let us see you doing it. ; )
DON'T READ THIS CAUSE IT ACTUALLY WORKS.......... you will get kissed by the love of your life on the nearest possible friday.tommorow will be the best day of your life.however if you dont post this to at least 3 videos you will die in the next 2 days. now you have already started reading this so dont stop.this is so scary. put this on at least 5 videos in the next 143 minutes when your done press f6 and your lovers name will appear on the screen. this is so scary cause it actually works
Woooooow. This chic is just showing off her hair style and weirdos like sexxxiiibunnii whatever, are getting all weird and shit. You have too much time on your hands if you are making issues out of total NONISSUES!!! Get a life! Oh btw love love love the twists!
I am a Licensed Hairstylist and hair is hair! All hair comes in all races. Not showing the actual braiding is a bit suspect! Twist braides are the easiest to do. You are just twisting two strands.........from the scalp.
"White peoples hair"???? WOW thats not racist at all!!!
If i went and said "yea, so i did my hair in cornrows...like black people" wouldnt you get a little pissed?
I think you did a great job on the hair though-somthing i could never do unless i tryed. Im not trying to be rude, i just think this race thing is a two way road, and why pull in any race words if its just a hair style?
@sexxxiiibunnii85 if i'm talking about my own hair and calling it "white ppll hair" and i am white how is that racist??? should i have sais straigh soft hair??? black people can have straight soft hair too.... i dont think there is anything wrong with what i said and i am tired of people targeting me for stupidness... this racist shit needs to stop.. like seriously...
@illmiss you right.... even i'm black i'm totally agree with you...... stop saying this is only for black ..... or white or if another race do this ... some people are like omg... blah blah blah .... gosh we should stop it.. i'm a black but i love korean style you know with the eyes wake up and they style etc...
@sexxxiiibunnii85 Just to add to illmiss's reply- when a person refers to a hair texture, with "White people's hair" it's not racist- that's just the standard accepted term for 'normal', meaning baby-fine, straight, easy to manage, etc. I myself have what everyone in my city refers to as "Dominican" hair. i'm not at all dominican, but standard accepted term for 'mixed' hair (hair that isn't quite course, but may be a bit more difficult to manage, ie frizz prone) which only describes it's texture
looks fabulous! I have straight hair too, can't wait to practice this and hope to get it to look as nice as yours (which will take a lot of practice I am sure!) Thanks for sharing!
not long.. i think about 15 minutes... it is very fast to do... the parting is the annoying part.. lol especially if no one is there to help hold down the hair at the back.. but it will eventually work ;)
itss cute , and like when we have competitions for figure skating its always hard to do something with your hair and keep it like all up(= my mom does this to my hair
White woman do not have there own hair styles. Because latinos, hispanics, indians, asians and many other ethnic people be wearing the same hair do's if you ask me.
I think itz ok for all races to roqk whatever hair style they want, itz ur damn hair & itz a free ass country to do what the fuqk u wanna do. Conrows, twisties & braids may seem to look better on blacks cuz everyone is used to african americans having that hair style which is a part of our culture. I honestly think we blacks need to hush cuz I be seeing blacks stealing white hair styles on the daily, LOL!
@AUTH3NTiKCHiQK As a black person, Im actually flattered when other races do their hair like black people do it because at least they are embracing it instead of judging it as ghetto or weird looking, something negative. Your hair looks great illmiss!
i personally think (this is my opinion so nobody can say anything about what i think) that it dont suit white people. no offence but i think it looks really cheesy. i think u guys should just stick to your average 'messy bun' and leave this to us.
too much scalps showing, not enough hair, and very thin hair too; just dont look right. u need afro hair.
Messy bun??? wow.. personally i dont wear a bun period.. and not every white person does... i resspect your opinion and everyone has freedom to their own but In My Opinion I disagree and think this hair style looks good on all types.. it may look better with afro textured hair but it looks good either way.. i braid / style a lot of afro hair daily and can see where your coming from but no need to say it like that.. "messy bun"??? c'mon
I think what CuddlyBubbles was trying to say is that the hair of most whites is thin and therefore they don't tend to look as good as black women do in natural hairs such as braids, twists and so forth. But if black women can get their hair straighten then surely white women can get their hair braided. Its simply an appreciation of the culture of the other or something you simply prefer.
sure, you can understand cuddlybubbles. But twist look good on straight and curly hair....black women get the hair straighten with the twist...its just the person who can rock the style period. Some people cant rock short hair but that doesn't mean black or white just the person's head shape.
@SamsCall maximum respect and very good point, but in my opinion, I think blacks "appreciate" european hairstyle for a different reason then the whites who appreciate african hair styles.
You know what look's MORE REDICULOUS???? A black woman with bleach blond broomstick straight weave...Or a black person with obvious contact's...Or a black woman with foundation that looks ten shades lighter than the rest of her body...
Toads? Are you still in the third grade...seriously? It's my opinion, and I can say how I feel about a style on a person. That's what the purpose of the comment section is. To comment. And it's true that some styles look better on certain people than others. And I CLEARLY said other races do that as well, so maybe you should read all of what I said before you go down the immature name calling road...
SERIOUSLY....YOUR OPINIONS DESERVE A RESPONSE WHEN WARRANTED...i.e HOWARD University Alumni GRADUATE CLASS OF 2005...you place me in the 3rd grade for calling out toads...lol sounds like I hit your calaber right on the NOSE!
If you think that graduating from Howard makes you smart, then your sadly mistaken. I've seen honors graduates say the stupidest, most ignorant things out of their mouths. So no, your diploma doesn't make you an overall intelligent person. And you called me a toad, which is immature. If you think that's mature, then maybe you need to rethink your intelligence level. Or maybe your just ignorant?
i used 2 rock my hair like this all the time, my hair is exactly like hers, but the Dominicans hook it up nice, but it would nice on her if she had the crown
dats tight. i just got mii hair done like dat. but i wanna know how to put on da rubber band and the twistie not comin out cuz when i do it, it unrolls any tips?
yes, i used a little bit of firm hold gel... just make sure when u put in the elastic you twist half way to the end of the piece that is left untwisted (where is comes off your head) so that it will stay tight when the elastic is tied around.. also pull it to make sure it is all the way up and is on there tight.
when I do it on someone else and I am putting in the the elastic band, hair from the back get stuck in the band even though I make a tight ponytail so the hair wont come in contact with the twist. but when I finish putting the band there is like a knot on the band from hair that gets in the band while I put it on.how do you keep the partitions and the band clean? thanks
When you thread the hair through the elastic to put it in to the pony tail make sure ALL the hair goes through the band smoothly. Also make sure your parts are neatly seperated so that they do not get twined into the pnytail.. just ignore everything around the parts and try to wrap it around using ALL the hair.
Okay cool.........I really like to do this on my daughters hair ~!~ I think its really cool... Be sure and let me know when you do the next video so I can watch it ~!~Thx *Maggie*
