  • There is another video that Evangelist Skelly has talking about the false Christianity that is in most churches today. Everyone who gets serious about witnessing to others needs to know how to answer someone who is living in sin and says they are a Christian when you witness to them. You could just end up strengthening them in their deception if their hypocrisy is not confronted. As I have began sharing my faith I have noticed most people claim to be Christian and clearly are not.

  • @jforsy01 Amen brother, I really DO need to upload that video to YouTube. I don't know why I haven't done so yet...

  • @skellys3 Which video are you referring to and has it now been uploaded?

Btw...this video is excellent! My heart has been pierced over the last several weeks, much of it through listening to your videos, and it is without a doubt that God has called EVERY ONE OF US to preach the gospel and bring the good news of salvation to the lost...game OVER! Like the Nike slogan.... JUST DO IT!

  • @KingdomChristian I need to make a new and updated version of it. It isn't uploaded yet, but I hope to upload it soon. It is called, "Counterfeit Christianity". Glad that you have been edified brother. All glory to God!

  • @skellys3 Thank you brother, I will watch for it to be posted.

  • 2 Corinthians 3:6 says it all...

  • This is your best video uploaded! Especially when you got into Ephesians and what an Evangelist is. Also, when you tear down all the excuses Chrsitians use not to evangelize, and the whole lifestyle evangelism that people think is enough.

  • @S7VIIN Thanks for your kind words!

  • Just wanted to praise the Lord for using you to remind me of 1 Cor 1:26-31. I'm witnessing to an Osteen groupie who defends him with her weak argument that "God wants us all to live in victory and abundance, not defeat and lack," while she ignores the importance of the Law of God, falsely stating that it's ALL I focus on. Divine intervention that I should happen upon this video now. Amazing how He works, isn't it?

  • "Professing Christians who don't evangelize SHOULD feel guilty! "

I not only listened I downloaded it. I make DVDs of your messages and give them away. I deleted this one.

Christians are not all called to be evangelists, but they are to support them. Paul warned about the responsibility involved in being a leader.

Untold millions of godly Christians are never going to be about witnessing in keeping with what Christ said when he gave the great comission to his Apostles.

  • "Christians are not all called to be evangelists, but they are to support them."

I never said that everyone is called to be an "evangelist" or a "leader". I said that everyone is called to be a witness and everyone is called to reach out to the lost, hence EVANGELIZE.

You don't have the Biblical definition of an Evangelist. An Evangelist is one who equips the Church to evangelize (Eph. 4:11-12).

I appreciate that you pass out DVD's of my videos. This one is spot on Biblical!

  • We are to be witnesses - everyone. Everyone is not a street preacher. Check the context of the great comission.

    " Then the eleven disciples"

Again - witnesses - yes, but not as active witnesses in the sense of leaders and evangelists. Please think about this prayerfully.

  • There is no reason for me to "think about this prayerfully". I agree that not everyone is a street preacher. Did you even watch the video? Your comments seem to show otherwise...

  • Appreciate your ministry, but here you missed it. I have heard it said that Christians who are not active in witnessing to everyone are really not Christian. Button holing everyone, passing out tracks to everyone by every Christian is not supported by scripture. Using John Wesley and the Apostles as an example for the majority of Christians is nonsense. It is putting a guilt trip on people who are not called to a ministry.

  • I'd like to know where I have "missed it"? Are you saying that Christians aren't obligated to obey the Great Commission from our Great King? That we can say we love Him when we don't obey His commandments (John 14)? That we can say that we know Him and not obey His commandments (1 John 2:2-4)?

If so, you are going against Scripture. Professing Christians who don't evangelize SHOULD feel guilty! They have the gift of eternal ife and yet keep it to themselves? Selfishness at its WORST!

  • @MrPeaceKey So, if "active witnessing" was only for the "eleven", then what do you feel was the purpose of Jesus sending out the seventy disciples two by two? ...in light of: Mat 28:19-20 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you....

and in light of Mark 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

  • @MrPeaceKey I think often we forget there were many disciples of Christ other than "the Eleven". Christ spoke many commands directly to "the Twelve" that were clearly intended for the entire body of believers yet to come. Have you considered the fact just before his crucifixion, ALL disciples, including the Eleven, had scattered? That is likely why He only met the Eleven in Galilee immediately after his resurrection. The rest surely returned to faith only upon the news of His resurrection.

  • Great video Brother! What an encouragement you are to the rest of us!

  • Thanks brother! God Bles you!

  • Awesome preacher! We love Kerrigan Skelly!!

  • God bless you, sorry I didn't have time to listen to the whole thing, but I enjoyed listening to your testimony in the beginning.
