  • @rockybalboa101 Yeah, on INSANITY you don't do abs as much. Oh well, I'm going to continue doing it and see how it works. P90X is going to be much easier for you since you are constantly moving the whole time. P90X is mainly lifting at a fast pace, except for the Plyo and Kenpo workouts.

    Its obviously working for you though so good on you, Just gotta put some muscle on now, your looking pretty skinny. Start lifting heavier in the gym and if you don't start putting on some size your probably not eating enough. Great job though bet your feeling a million bucks now compared to what you were before!

  • @jskrabac But his goal might not be to be a body builder !! He has excellent results, an athletic look. he can do P90x and eat a different type of meal plan if he wanted to bulk up. Not everyone that works out aims to look like Ronnie Coleman! respect to those that put in that effort to be that huge, but that bodybuilder size to me is not a good look!

  • Great results! But it looks like you concentrated more on your stomach than the rest of your body. Try upping your weight and struggling with the 6-10 reps instead of 12-15. Great work though, keep it up!

  • @aaronracine Agreed. Anyone who knows anything about working out can get much better results. All people have to do is have a structured diet and workout plan. Thing is most people are lazy or stupid nowadays.

  • @aaronracine Are you serious dude? This is not fake and neither am I I never got paid to do the workout or video. This workout is mainly for people that have fat they want to get rid of. This workout gives you structure, something that most people do not have in their workouts. It also gives you a good diet to follow. So, combining workouts that are fast paced and make you burn a bunch of calories with a healthy diet people will get ripped. Get a clue before posting on my video.

  • @p90xrules i never said p90x takes 3 hours. i said im doing the p90x workouts along with lifting weights in the gym. im doing both so combining the two together equals 3 hours.

  • @KCMO4EVER i know this comment is a year old.. but that sounds like a serious case of overtraining in regards to the 3 hours working out. Your body grows outside the gym when you eat and sleep.. not from 3 hours in the gym

  • @ballachamp10 i dnt usually comment but i can help you here, i played pro hoops in australia before i blew out my ankle...if your lookin to make the jump from high school to college/pro ball, i cant stress the importance of physical fitness. somethin like p90x would be a good addition to your program. use p90 as well as the team/skill sessions your doing now. every couple weeks swap a p90 session out for a heavy lift day.eat heaps and GET YOUR REST. recovery is imortant with a regime like this

  • @ballachamp10 also use there high energy diet as a rough guide. but because your doing so much u mite wanna add a little more. again recovery and nutrition are vital. good luck and god bless

  • i did the classic version buy it seemed like i hardly ate. so after p90x when i lost all the fat i started to eat alot more protein and then i bulked up.

  • well the ab ripper x is still a great workout for your abs if you only want to do that. but i still believe if you do p90x correctly, there is nothing better.

  • FOR GETUPKID86......THE YOGA work out is KEY!!! especially the first 30 minutes of it!!!! it will REALLy help your chest muscles and leg muscles.!!!! i have been through p90x 3 times. it works. keep with it! BRING IT!

  • Use heavery weights on all of your workouts. You should be maxing out at 8 reps. And eat loads of protien and you will swell up really quick.

  • thanks, yeah after p90x i went to the gym and did all the pushups and pullups in the first workout and then i did DB bench, incline and decline. i just ate alot of meat and vegetables.

  • dude nice work man. I hope you know that it is very inspiring for someone like myself to see results like that. I would really like to try p90x. I have started biking and doing pullups and pushups for the last month or so and I've lost weight and gained some strength, but I think the p90x program would help me lose the body fat a lot faster and gain muscle. thanks again for posting this. It inspires me.

  • hey to be honest after p90x i did the chest and back routine and then the next day i did the biceps and triceps workout. i did those every other day. also after the chest workout i did DB bench, incline and decline along with flyes. i lost 20lbs in the first 28 days. i also went from doin 2 pull ups to 31 pull ups.

    And i dont have a chin up bar :-( not off to a very good start!!! I am about the same build you were on day 1.......hmmm i am wondering if it is even worth me doing without supplements or chin up bar (i dont have doorways just really wide arches so i cant even get a doorway one lmao)

  • Buy resistance bands then, and attach a hook on a wall if need be. 30$ in total is about all you'd need.

  • hey thanks. yeah i did the ab ripper workout and then along with that i would do 3 sets of 25 leg lifts on a bench. i think those work great.

  • if i was feeling hungry i would drink a bottle of water. it usually helped take the hunger away until it was time for dinner or i would have a no fat yogurt or somethin that had no fat in it.

  • during that time i was drinking two protein shakes a day and i was also drinking super pump 250 before my workouts. now im drinking black powder before my workouts.

  • it was like a month at the gym along with doing the P90X workouts. So I would do the P90X chest workout at the gym and then I would bench along with some other things. and no i did not use resistance bands
