  • This is why I'm an Anarchist. No one should have the right to boss someone around. Even if some laws actually make sense, we don't need a bunch of idiots in suits to tell us to obey them.

People are born into this world where the government can do anything they want to them. I could be taken away and claimed as a "threat to society". The gov. could kill me. Why do they have the right? They have no right to choose how I will behave.

  • if people started punching pigs in the face their friends would not get arrested! you got the numbers! use this to your advantage and curb stomp some fucking pigs!!!

  • Fuck the police and I say that with authority!

  • hahahahahaah camera bitch got owned

  • out of all the people smoking, they would take the black guy. fuckin racist pugs...

  • anybody dressed like that is obviously a undercover cop

  • fucking drug addicts - they should get real jobs. when they are sitting in mental hospitals dont expect us doctors and nurses to be kind.

  • @msglace Smoking pot = drug addicts? If you think pot is dangerous, why do you think it is used as MEDICINE in 16 states? Doesn't that say something?

Another thing: millions of people smoke pot. And many of them ARE doctors and nurses. Grow up and get your facts straight. Those people did nothing wrong. They consider it disorderly conduct to stand on the street!

The protestors said it right: The police officers are the criminals. We ought to be taking away their power.

  • @MedievalAmbient yeah well when you are sitting in mental health instituations suffering from paranoid schizophrenia induced from your drug intake you have NO sympathy from our doctors and nurses you brought it upon yourselves and you shouldnt be a burden on society because of YOU chose to go down that road. all im saying...

  • the protesters need to get a damn life the police are doing their jobs and the protesters are interfering with them. we all have a job to do, how would you like it if someone came to your work and harassed you for doing your job back off people if you break the law you should be punished.

  • I support the protesters, but they`re just ending up arrested. They`re just creating a worse image about us pot smokers that want it legalized.

  • These people were brave enough to put it on the line for liberty. Kudos to you my friends. You are true champions. The Cops could have chosen to remain moral, but instead went down the path of statist thuggery by initiating violence against peaceful freedom seekers.

  • idiot liberals squeal like little girls ..... the cops were professinoal in this matter ... the dopey libs behaving like impudent teenagers

  • i understand why they protested and i fully support it, but holy fuck its their job. They can get fired if they dont do what they have to do. Antagonizing the police obviously gets nothing done.

  • Why are so many people mad. They didn't arrest people who were staying out of their way. They arrested those who were impeding on their job. Also you said in the description some were smoking pot which regardless of right or wrong is illegal and the police have to do their job whether they want to or not. And I bet people who are talking about how much they hate cops won't be complaining when they actually need them.

  • FUCK THE PIGS

  • In a country like the US I am amazed that drugs arent legalized and sold . Theres worse shit than this advertised on prime time TV, and theres millions of middle aged housewifes addicted to perscription medicine, which they dutifully asked their doctor for.

  • One other comment, what we see here is the exuberance (and Naivety) of youth. People, if you want to smoke dope, dont antagonise the police. Do it in your back " yahd" or in your house. Like it or not, the police have to uphold the law. In some countries it would have been water cannon and bayonets for being cheeky little wicked "bastahds"

  • I just moved to my new place very close to Nashua , from the Netherlands. Apart from the obvious (the obvious being the fact you can buy booze just about anywhere you want and drink driving cost lives) its strange to see people being arrested for something that is pretty inocous , as long as you dont take it for too many years. Final thought, if they absolutely had to arrest someone, it was a bad idea to pick the black guy :)

  • bahahahahahaha 7:05

  • every body was wrong in the vid but the cops the guy with the mega phone the girl and every body there was

  • Everyone in favor of the pigs can Fucking DIE!!

  • yeah ok who ever thinks the cops are being assholes in this video is high as fuck they asked those people multiple times to move at least 3-5 times they didnt move oh well go to jail u pricks. wEED is illegal dont be an idiot and have a 420 protest then bitch when the cops come and stick your nosey head in cruisers and show off for your idiot friends. fuck cops but fuck idiots as well grow the fuck up get a job smoke ur weed in ur house and stfu

  • swat team should have took all of these faggots out

  • For everyone who wants to trash talk about the entire law enforcement community, First of all We do not make the laws. Secondly It is our job as law enforcement officials to protect these laws, and if they are broken.. There will be consequences. The Officers are only doing their job. They may not agree with the law, however they still have to enforce it. It disgusts me how disrespectful people are to those officers who lay their life down every day they put that uniform on.Show some Respect!

  • @Trailblazer343 fuck u u peice of shit u cant stop us from doing what we ant to jesues crist u god damn police fuck u and i speack for all the pot heads its A PLANT GOD DAMN FUCK YOU U DAMN POLICE UR A FUCKING PIG

  • @monsterboy96 There.. You've just shown to the world how ignorant you are, And you want to speak for all of the potheads out there? Well you just proved my case why marijuana is illegal in the United States? We are only doing our jobs, Like it or not what you've chosen to do is ILLEGAL. If you do the crime.. you better be able to do the time in lock up. Also I would like to give you a friendly reminder that your spelling shows just what marijuana will do to one's brain after prolonged use.

  • @Trailblazer343 u think i really care u pig it may be ur job but no one gives a fucking shit ur still dicks and fucking mean u think pigs really need to be tht mean huh to aresst inocint people u really think thats kool and speaking for all the pothead i say fuck the police lets get high

  • @Trailblazer343 You're a cop? What makes you think you have the right to take people, who are doing no harm to anyone, and put them in jail? Put PEOPLE IN A CAGE FOR SMOKING A PLANT? How do you cops sleep at night? Yea, just your job? Just following orders? That phrase has justified countless tragedies throughout history. If the law is unjust you have an obligation to not enforce it.

  • @FukPhysics How do I sleep at night? Just fine, I have no problem bringing a suspect to jail, which is used more so as a correctional facility. They are safer there then they would be on the street. The official code of the state requires a certain reaction when it comes to certain things. I do what is right, if my orders from my superior officer contradict what is right then I will have another officer come to my location and verify what should be done. and No I Don't use my badge as a crown

  • @Trailblazer343 A correctional facility? more like RUINING THEIR LIVES FOR SMOKING A PLANT! A Plant! you sir are a nazi and a bastard. In the future you will be viewed the same way as the police turning their hoses on african americans protesting for equal rights. You do what you are told, like any dog. You useless dick.

  • @mrhippothethird I am a Nazi? wow that's news to me. Same thing with me being a bastard. You can view me in whatever way you want. But remember who you are calling when someone breaks into your house and takes off with your tv, or commits a crime against you. That's right the police. If I wanted to be loved by everyone I would have become a firefighter, Instead I protect and serve the community and take reports all day long because mr so and so watered mrs so and so's yard.

  • Thank goodness for the cops taking that nigger off the streets. Niggers don't belong in New Hampshire

  • i live in nashua, the cops here are such assholes!

  • amerika ..... hahaha the land of the IMPRISIONED

  • u have to be a major bitch to be an undercover cop.

  • this people suck, cops should have pistol whipped you fags

  • @tireman649 for what standing up for what we beleive your soo unamerican.

  • All those cops couldn't take all those people in, they should of stayed on the street and in front of the cars. Fuck the police.

  • man cops cant let us have fun:S

  • of course he arrests the only black guy there. But also, how do you not know those undercovers are narcs. It's pretty obvious.

  • My god That chick is so annoying...

    PS

I bet that black kid that got arested was a dealer and the government wants it's taxes

  • Comment removed

  • omfg i woulda slapped that bitch in the face like wooow shes an idiot they couldve had the exact same effect with out her yelling like an asshole

  • This is Ridiculous. Weed is safer for you than coffee.

  • I would start knocking out cops

    FUCK THE POLICE

  • Fuck da police

  • I have an idea just because it's a law and you shouldn't do it out of smarts instead of stupidity. How about advocating small children to smoke pot. And how you are trying to make the police out to be the bad guys. Or here is some wonderful insight. Smoke your pot in your FUCKING house. Can't get into trouble if no one sees you. So stop with your protest and your fucking mouthes. You won't get into trouble.

  • @cricketkicker59101 you are missing the point. the police are the bad guys they are power hungry assholes who used to bully the smaller kids in their class now they get to bully anyone they want and get called heroes for it. they are arresting people for doing nothing but standing on a public street exercising their constitutional rights to peacefully protest. they even bring a dog to purposely use it as an intimidation tool.

  • @danieljedi42 these are the same kind of people that set attack dogs on blacks during the civil rights movement. S.S.D.D

  • Wow; for those of you who don't know the license plate in New Hampshire reads: "live free or die", I guess in New Hampshire it's more like the Gestapo enforcing hypocrisy, keeping those streets safer liquor stores!

Did it appear that anybody other than me that they arrested the only black guy there?

  • Man, that cop in the baseball shirt is such a low life.

  • hahaha everyone in this video needs to chill the fuck out stupid fucking hippies. its illegal and you get arrested! its also illegal to fuck with cops like this idiots. you deserve to be in jail

  • @youmebeartrap it's not illegal to arrest criminals who call themselves cops.. criminals in unform, and the terrorist judges in their fag robes should be arrested to serve a life sentence. It's those criminals in unforms and robes who stalk kids and are a danger in to society. They are the same as serial killers.

  • @youmebeartrap first of all no one fucked with the cops, the cops came to intimidate participants of a peaceful protest. they all know it is illegal to smoke pot, even though it is far safer and less addictive than ANY legal drug. that is why they are there. secondly these police are the ones who need to "chill out" there are no victims in these "crimes" so who exactly are these pigs protecting and/or serving. it sure as hell isn't the people.

  • I'll just say you're lucky noty to be in kern county.

  • This is so horrible, really shows the truth of how fucked up the government and police are. They are complete scum, arresting people who have done no harm at ALL. It is beyond ridiculous, makes me sick. Legalize!

  • This is so horrible, really shows the truth of how fucked up the government and police are. They are complete scum, arresting people who have done no harm at ALL. It is beyond ridiculous, makes me sick. Legalize!

  • No Victim No Crime!!!! legalize marijuana!!!

  • Everyone after the first guy should have gotten arrested, he broke the law and got caught, it matters not if we agree with the law but to do that to the police does nothing but hurt the cause, everyone their should have said what they wanted to NOT get that close and NOT ignore what they are being told.

  • @atheos81 are you implying that we should always do what the man says. we should just lay down and let them do whatever the hell they want. the only way to stop this is through civil disobedience. just complying and waiting for the politicians to do something will not work. it didn't work for civil rights, it didn't work for vietnam, and it hasn't worked and will not work for marijuana

  • @ iLikeNarwhals, you live in America! Get used to it. Don't take your anger out on those of us who have to do our jobs and enforce the law. If you have an illegal substance on you, especially if you are stupid enough to be using it in front of officers.. guess what!? You're going to Jail! End of story. I would not call this a peaceful protest. The way everyone started towards the officers was in a hostile manner, they should consider themselves lucky that they weren't sprayed with pepper spray.

  • @Trailblazer343 the police were hostile first the dog was clearly an intimidation tactic. i am so sick of you people saying we should just lay down and let these criminals get away with murder(sometimes literally). this was very peaceful the cops were way outnumbered the crowd could have easily overpowered them but they did not. there were no acts of violence except by the police(as usual)

  • You do the crime, you do the time. Simple as that. Like it or not it is a law, and officers do have to do their jobs. If you stand in the way of a police investigation you are breaking the law. How would you like it if you were surrounded by a bunch of chanting people that kept getting closer and closer even though you advised them to get away? Put yourself in the officer's shoes.

  • It is absolutely NOT a Law. It is a statute, which is ONLY given the force of law through CONSENT.

  • It is absolutely not a Law. There is a statute, which is ONLY given the force of law through CONSENT.

  • @Trailblazer343

you fuckwit, if the law said petty shoplifters had to have their hands cut off, or unfaithful spouses were to be castrated, you're saying you would stand on the side of the law? suck a back of cancer.

  • @Trailblazer343 the idea that the police have to arrest nonviolent marijuana offenders is simply not the case. look at the Nuremberg trials the Nazis were all guilty of war crimes even though they were "following orders" some day all of these fascists are going to be held accountable.

  • @Trailblazer343 i suppose you'd say that the arrest of MLK or Rosa Parks were right just because they broke the law. if the law is wrong why follow it the only way to change it is civil disobedience

  • outSTANDING camera work Jason

    Nice and steady.

  • Yay for NH. One of the few states that haven't handed over their balls on a silver platter. Guess where I am moving at the end of the month :) Thats right!

That undercover in the baseball jersey looks about 12 years old :) How cute. Oh well, at least the cops up there arent to bad yet.

  • Rich Paul did an awesome job using their own Constitution on them. Bravo!

  • mother fuckin test test test

  • Notice how they knew there might be consequesces once they found out they were out gunned? They left. They couldn't get away with beating the people they elslave like cowardly children in grown up bodies. I think they got the message... whho the hell wants to wait for a law to pass? This stuff is effective!

Time to stop the growing threat of the BIGGEST GANG IN AMERICA, THE POLICE!

  • way to go pot heads. woot you showed the cops who is boss

  • Pot heads with guns no less. Wonderful pot heads!

New Hampshire is where it's happening. Nowhere else. This is wonderful!

It's time the thugs got the message!

  • Excellent job NPD! These pot heads are just a bunch of idiots who just proved it by their own actions.

  • lewis had a fucking roach r u kidding me

  • Whoops. Meant to say "when she was arrested". in reference to Rosa Parks.

  • I guess all you people saying things like

"He broke the law, he deserves to be arrested"

would have said the same thing if Rosa Parks had been arrested back in 1955 for sitting in the "whites only" section of the bus.

Face it, law and justice haven't been the same thing for quite some time now.

  • She was arrested.... she KNEW what the consequences were, they all did.. hence why I have the ultimate respect for her and her ilk.

THESE people are nothing like Rosa Parks and the civil rights protesters, and that is an INSULT to them that you would compare their struggle to a bunch of pot heads... lol.

  • "She knew what the consquences were" --

Of what? Of asking questions and recording the event, both of which are protected by the First Amendment? That's all she did.

  • Asking questions wasn't the issue. The issue was that she kept getting in the way. She doesn't have a right to scream in their ears and obstruct an arrest. She may dislike the law, I do too, but that doesn't mean she won't be subject to arrest when she prevents them from doing their job.

  • @obmax1212 If she'd prevented them from doing their job, I'd agree with you. She didn't.

  • @JrDiNisi You say you respect Rosa Parks but not these folks, yet I fail to see the difference. Rosa Parks wasn't causing any harm by having the wrong skin color, and these people are causing no harm by smoking pot. Unjust laws deserve no respect, and civil disobedience is often the best way to draw attention to injustice.

How many of us know the difference between the legal concepts of "malum in se" and "malum prohibitum"? It always saddens me when people treat them as one and the same.

  • @ JrDiNisi I think it's time for you to hand in your card. A true Libertarian does not defend or try to justify the initiation of any type of violence.

  • You have no idea what the initiation of violence means or anything about the Libertarian Party.

Libertarians do follow laws you know, we don't believe in anarchy and no government. It is a LAW and hence there are consequences for breaking the law. You people today are so entitled that you feel you can break the law and not suffer any consequences.

If you want the law changed, then fight the law and change it, sitting around smoking pot ain't gonna change anything.

  • @jrDinisi

"It is a LAW and hence there are consequences for breaking the law."

The laws prohibiting the consumption of certain substances are violent aggression and violate the rights of peaceful individuals. The laws are illegitimate and unjust.

"You people today are so entitled that you feel you can break the law and not suffer any consequences. "

Yes, that is correct: bad laws should simply be ignored.

  • I am an activist libertarian, and I was at this demonstration. There was no violence and it was peaceful, until the cops showed up with attack dogs and started arresting people. Do you even know what laws were supposedly broken? I was there and I couldn't figure it out.

Libertarians believe in laws that are just, no victim-no crime is the perfect mantra. If you never challenge illegal laws they will never be recognized for what they are.

  • @JrDiNisi

Laws guide gravity, thermodynamics, motion, etc. Laws can't be violated or repealed.

Laws do not = the forced obeyance of a politicans, or anyone else's, whims. A true libertarian would know that.

Dude, you're a fraud. Please, go educate yourself before you do more harm.

  • The laws need to be changed. The cops can't do that. We hire them to enforce the laws. We need to change the laws, not the cops . I'm actually surprised the NPD kept their cool so long. Soap box, ballot box, ammo box. The soap box isn't working. Next!

  • the cops can't arrest people for breaking the law... interesting...

  • Comment removed

  • @JrDiNisi

Police don't have rights. They have powers. The difference is enormous.

  • you are correct, I should of said they were well within the law and police policy, not "rights". I used that term as a general meaning for their power.

  • @JrDiNisi You're no libertarian. If you were you would know that "laws" were supposed to be put in place to protect "individual rights". The only people violating "individual rights" in this situation were the cops.

Drug "laws" are illegitimate because drugs don't violate individual rights.

This shit continues because the "government" knows that losing this "drug war" will start the snowball of people knowing that they can ignore the "government" fools and live the way they see fit.

  • "I'm a Libertarian and I believe all drugs should be legalized"

You have no idea what a libertarian is.

"but people shouldn't be surprised or scream police brutality when they do something illegal and are arrested for it."

Let's say the govt passed a law making it illegal to breathe. Do you agree that you, JrDiNisi, should be arrested for breaking that law?

  • Well I dunno considering i'm a card carrying member and a county chair in my state Libertarian party, I'd say I'm a Libertarian thanks.

As for the law making it illegal to breathe, well if everyone let it pass its their stupidity, they should of fought against it. It is a stupid analogy in the first place though, to compare breathing to smoking marijuana..

  • Membership has nothing to do with what makes or doesn't make one a libertarian- it's adherence to and recognition of principles.

The analogy is perfectly sound: the principles that would make a law against breathing unjust are the EXACT same principles making laws against consuming certain substances unjust.

  • Sounds like a bunch of hacks in the crowd to me. They said they are conducting an "investigation". Maybe they have a warrant for the guy? If not then everyone had the right to protest.

Either way it just seemed to me like they wanted to set this up, and they have no idea how to do a real protest lol..

  • So true

  • @JrDiNisi How would you have improved the demonstration?

  • @JrDiNisi So you see nothing wrong some being forcibly restrained, relocated, extorted and imprisoned for burning a plant and inhaling it? There was no "investigation". I am not surprised at all that some jackboot would wear a red sox jersey as undercover wear. It's that team mentality bullshit that is the problem. The illegitimate government that steals their salary and employs them is their team, and you're just an opponent to them.
