outstanding just wanted to mention capt verne white a friend of mine was the first pan am or any other on the first westward flight around the would dec 8 1941
My family was always loyal to Pan-Am. There was always a special bond to Pan Am all over Latin America. They felt the airline as theres since from the beginning it looked to service all the Americas---hence its name Pan-American. Pan Am advertising to Latin America always exploited this.
Sunday, November 21, 2010 - Alameda Naval Air Museum will commemorate the inaugural flight of China Clipper. A living history re-enactment of the actual event. Featuring simulated radio broadcast, with live re-enactors portraying actual participants, plus vintage vehicles, military fly-by, and more. Enjoy a rare opportunity to step back in time for what was a significant event in world history. Attendees invited to dress in 30’s period attire. Events begin at 1:00 pm.
Great short video. Will you be listing the other two parts. I'm now reading "Flying the oceans". It's a first hand account of the early days of flight with Pan-Am. Its written by a former PA pilot Horace Brock.
two words for you Monkey heads.. HOWARD HUGHES..... IS HOW IT ALL HAPPENED.

Avoid posting good videos edited with demo software. Plain annoying and undeserved free ad for the application.

watermark should be removed or colour changed to something clearer.

As an ex-PanAmer, I would have enjoyed this Video even more if that stupid label wasn't spoiling the whole thing. Could you please clean-up ???

What's with the big red box in the middle of the picture? It's very annoying.
Also in several parts the sound went out -- was there supposed to be "silent" sections? Didn't sound like it since the sound was abruptly cut off.
Thanks for posting this, but is there a way to clean it up? (To make it more professional?)
