  • I ALWAYS play this when i Go to GameWorks, AZ.

    I love you sega. ^_^

  • But... Mario dies at the end!

  • Wow. That is a nice remix.

  • come on it's time to go. Do the Mario.. take one step and then again.. come on time't time to go do the mario..

Sorry I'm an 80s kid can't help myself.

  • underwater is always the best part

  • ownage! XD

  • And this is why I'm glad Fanime's Pop'n machine is a Fever machine this year. (Especially after last year's failed attempt that got it downgraded to Animelo 2 T.T)

  • Would've been better as adventure or party!

  • If Konami remixed this with Vadrum's super drum version of Mario Bros,, we'd have a mess of an EX stage for Pop'n 17...

But I'd love to see it happen anyway. -_-

  • Do they have this song on the console version?

  • Considering the console version is on the PS2, I hear I'm sadly going to have to go with no.

  • Bearfoot: They made a console game for the Wii too.

  • Never saw it.

    *shugs* I stand corrected.

  • What level is that?

  • lvl 38.

    He's got quite a good score ! I can't do better I think.

(I have some Pop'n Music vids too, although they're not that good)

  • Your pro.

  • It's an easy song >.>

  • How could someone hack an arcade machine....?

  • lol, you're dumb.

  • Incase you didn't notice there are some misses in there too ;) You'd be amazed how good some people are. Check out the Bemani Top ranker Pop'n music video if you dont believe me.

  • You can even hear him/her hitting the buttons.

  • Sounds like tapdancing.

  • is this AC exclusive?

  • yes.

  • yeah, as if nintendo would let them put the mario theme on a PS2 game...

  • they didn't they just took the song out although it would be nice if they'll ever get along which i don't see happening any time soon

  • Yeah, I was being sarcastic.

  • I don't know why but I don't have this song in my Pop'n Music 14 Fever :(

  • This song is NOT in the CS release of Pop'n Music 14 FEVER!

  • excellent play through... any idea if this song made it into the CS release (I'd imagine Nintendo would have problems with the song being played on a Sony system) haha

  • i have a SNES emulator for ps2!,i know,but its been sold

    publicly in Bahrain

  • unfortunately no :(

  • It didn't.

  • this looks MAD HARD!!

  • never miss judge endings EVER! lmao.

  • woah that was very impressive ..i cant go that faster on anything o.0!!

  • This song is great :). You are great too ;).

  • ^ HELL YEAH :D!!!!!!!

  • POP'N 14 FOR WII

  • this song is why 14 AC was so popular.they HAVE to put this on the cs game.if they dont i will cry :)

  • im counting on that,if Sony remove this song for being nintendo related i will lose their respect

  • Again with Sony... SONY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH POP'N.

  • For the console release they do, as pop'n music console releases only come out on the PS2. We don't want Sony or Nintendo to not allow it to be on the console/PS2 version! :/

  • I'm pretty sure Sony can't do anything about it. As long as Konami gets the License to use it then they can.

  • If Sony couldn't do anything about the content of a game that came out for its system, then Link would've been in the PS2 version of Soul Calibur 2 and Heihachi would've been in the Gamecube version. Sony has a right to dictate what type of content it will allow to be published on the PS2, and that right includes choosing not to promote a competitor on their system.

  • Pt. 2

Besides, licensing deals don't necessarily cover a home version of its release. Many times, the deal to bring a song to the arcade version is separate from the deal to bring it to the home version. If that wasn't the case, then every single licensed song on DDR Extreme's arcade version would've made it to the PS2.

  • touché

  • I've learned to stop calling a song DDR songs now I just refer to it as Bemani songs><!

  • Only with pop'n music would they care, actually...because this is their 'pride and joy' apparently, because of it's success

  • There's quite a few bemani game clones, I think Konami don't care anymore!

  • If they wouldn't care then they wouldn't have sued Roxor for In The Groove now would they?

  • Holy SHIT why do people compare every single music game to DDR.

  • Because it's all they know.

IGNORANCE ROCKZZZ!! So does this song. I hope Konami realizes how much Fever CS would suck without this in there.

  • whoa this game looks interesting.. i like these kinds of games: timing with buttons and music. like DDR XD

  • Harmonix should look into this, maybe bring it to the States.

  • the problem is that konami makes this game. and would sue the living shit out of them if they tried to make a ripoff game of it

  • Yep, so the best thing is to buy and import an asian/japanese ps2 and pop'n music games and controller, it's worth it! There's not been much news on the console version of pop'n music 14 and i bet this isnt gonna be on it cos of licensing problems...

  • i was gonna make a video about that,if Pop'n Music 14 is getting ported to ps2,will they remove this song if Sony removes this song i will be so pissed off

  • Umm... Sony? Sony has nothing to do with Pop'n...

  • haha they didn't sue when they ripped off guitar freaks.

  • But they sued the shit out of RoXoR for creating In The Groove.

  • no they didnt. they sued roxor for stealing konami's cabinets and forcing buyers to gut a konami cabinet and replace it with roxor innards. creating a similar copy game isnt illegal. creating a game that REQUIRES the stealing of its competition's hardware IS illegal

  • Force buyers? They didn't force anyone, it's the buyer's decision whether they wanted to upgrade their Konami cabinet or not. Rumors say that it was legal to do that to Konami machines, but then Konami accused them for infringing their patent rights.

  • before andamario made the ITG2 dedicated cabinets, the single and only way to play an ITG machine was to gut an existing konami DDR machine. there was no workaround and no other option for installation. (paraphrased, the instructions say "find a ddr machine, take out the konami innards, replace with roxor's game").

  • continued...

the first ITG required the stolen use of konami's intellectual property; simple as that. the difference between this and a say a generic arcade cabinet is the extreme specialization, patents, and rights that konami holds for those machines. that is an infringement of property rights. the fact that they are a similar game may have caused konami to ACT on the lawsuit, but the case was only about the illegal use of konami's machines as directed by roxor.

  • touché

  • true

  • ahahahhahaha this comment is REALLY stupid

  • i wish there was a pop'n fever machine near me :(

  • wow. i am not worthy.

  • Nice!
