Dude I am buying this camera. Is the video nice for video on longboarding. Which is basically skateboarding. Like how does it capture sports. Is it kinda like junky quality. Also how does it capture pictures that are moving. Example: Longboarding.
I have this camera..and I'm trying to find a way to change the format of my videos in my camera settings, because I have to use this lame converter on my computer /:

Sorry I'm new to filming but I'm looking for a good camera with at least good auto focus and then maybe manual focus so I can focus from the foreground to the background selectively (WHILE FILMING) :)
This looks amazing! I've been looking for a decent camera for a while now for the labour, it's good to see it works brilliantly in low lighting as well.
@MISSBRITTxX Yes it takes 4 AA batteries. Usually I have to replace the batteries after one day taking photos. I really recommend 8 batteries if you do a lot of video

@couturexlove1 I just bought this camera and I can tell you it has a huge learning curve. You absolutely must read the documentation and learn exactly how to use it in every situation. For example, if you use the auto exposure settings the shutter speed is almost invariably too slow to catch the shot in focus, so you have to boost the ISO to at least 800 to speed up the shutter. That's one idiosyncracy of this camera, and there are others. You just have to learn the camera, if you have time.

@ChristinaZchrk For photos it is good :) But if you also want to record video.... buy one with full HD support. This Olympus is only 720p

For photos I usually set it to finest quality and the highest resolution.
The camera most of the time on iauto and it works fine for me.
You may try with and without the flash...
