Hardcore has a realy heavy kick and bass and hardstyle got more like underwater like synths while hardcore is more about the kicks and base hardstyle is more about the synths but also bass and kicks

i would say hardcore is faster more energetic, actually base, practically impossible to dance too

hardstyle has kicks, slower, and is a bit more pleasent to listen, because is in 3 parts:

1 intro

2 some vocal+piano something calm and easy

3 intro part taken too next level, where the song blooms

p.s. angerfist isnt clear hardstyle or hardcore he is a hybrid, like the most successful artists (my opinion)
