It's about time they made a regional WA terminal. Being from Kununurra I realise that a large amount of the flights that have increased in Perth recently would be from regional WA.

@ScreemoDan All WAC is good at is talk. They've been talking about these new redevelopments since 08 and I have yet to see any improvements.

stop WACing off and actually design a new terminal, not offer a stupid warehouse with seats in there and expect that is acceptable for Perth. looks like shit, you should change the slogan to Perth Airport. make it something like this....Perth Airport, Welcome to nothing...

Nice Video, the A380 has already been to the international terminal and has docked at Gate 1 at the International terminal when emirates had a emergency landing.

However we have yet to see WAC deliver anything, they have changed the plan multiple times and still the airport remains the same, what happened to the single consolidated terminal in the master plan with 45 aerobridges?

Virgin will move to the Intl terminal, Qantas then will use both the existing Terminal 2 and Terminal 3

apparently Emirates wanted to start operating the A380 to Perth already but since the current bays are too small they can't. if they parked at bay 51 they couldn't use bay 52 cause of the wingspan of the A380 if i am not mistaken. can't wait for the modification to start so the A380 can be operated to Perth on a regular basis.
