Its a public arena but its a private decision if you want to put up nude photos wherever youre legally allowed to do so. What she did was not illegal or anything like that, if shes comfortable having them up, then i cant see a rational reason as to why her employer should be allowed to fire her like that. If the company reserved the right to terminate employment for any reason that they wanted thats something else though.
