Water is an unlimited resource. It will not run out. The ice caps melting is due to what we're doing now with oil. If you take water.. and convert it to a gas it will immediately return to its liquid form after its used.. you wont be losing any water. Some may evaporate.. but that will only contribute to the atmosphere. A never ending cycle.
