Why don't you oil up ? Hakan's gameplay is BASED on his oil. Oil up, man, you had many opportunyties to do so !!

To be honest, I usually only oil sometimes after a throw. For whatever reason, his oil comes out as his jumping grab for me at the worst times, and I get punished for it. It never happens with Zangief's Banishing Flat though, which is weird. I was just going after a "C" rating for Hakan, which I got that day. I might try learning more about his oil, but I'm better at doing fake rocket slides into 360 or Ultra.

Also those last two Coward Crouches were meant to be his Ultra. I tried to do Psychic Ultra, and it would have worked the first time if only I pushed KKK instead of PPP. That's what happens when you try learning every character at once though, lol.
