How exactly would gay marriage "destroy the family" or even "destroy civilization"? Would married couples all over the country divorce so they can get married to gay partners? Will gay marriage turn heterosexuals into gays?

If John MacArthur is so desperate to resort to such idiotic claims, then he is only speeding the process of millions of people who are leaving religion.

You have to make sense in order to appeal to people. Face it, the anti-gay crusade is losing favor with the public.
