My favorite part was when the Evolution of Dance guy went on stage as the surprise guest. Judson Lappy is a boss that deserves to be #1 on the most viewed list.

umm. . .you asked for ideas for VidCon 2011, right? Didn't we just do that one? I thought the VYou room was super hip and my best experience was going around to their spots and filming my response to questions. I think next year you can do that for the first day and then play back the top three answers to the questions during a segment. Also, the individual break out rooms were great but would have been greater had there been schedules posted by the room.
