WMG have removed lots of videos. several videos i favorited and one of my own videos got removed due to copyright claims. One of the videos they removed was a music video from a band's official channel which makes no sense at all.

It really pisses me off that YouTube keeps removing videos. I've never had a problem with it before and within the past few months two of my videos have been removed, it's very frustrating.

The vid is brilliant, and YouTube's lawyers need to read the Fair Use clause in the copyright law - Warner has no grounds at all to ask for your work to be taken down.

Has this been resolved? Did you think of going to the source and receiving permission from John Williams directly? The tunes you are using in your video are not actual recordings of the music made by Warner Brothers but reproductions of portions written by John Williams. If he were to give his permission directly...from what I understand Mr Williams is a VERY generous and good-natured man. Just a thought.

A week ago I was annoyed about this; partly because this awesome SW video was removed, and partly because it is further proof that all anyone cares about is money in this world; that video was extremely popular, a favorite amongst Internet goers around the world, and then WMG jumps in and destroys all that in seconds.

It's not a problem if he makes money on it. At least in the US, the "Fair Use" laws state that if an artist significantly changes the original work into something else, which Moosebutter (the original artists) and Corey have done, then it's fair use and they can't take it down.
