  • hello guys i'm the downvote bar

  • His form is wrong, he needs to be holding his breath.... till he passes out, and dies.

  • Chuck Norris can do 23 punches a millisecond.

  • it took him a total of 0:45 seconds to punch 69 times, well thats better then most of us these days

  • air didn´t hit back :/

  • fuck

  • oops,i accidentally gave him a view :( or two

  • like for a dislike

  • FIST PUMP!!

  • Does it tickle when you hit someone? Howmany minutes do you have to punch before someone gets irritated or even knocked out??

  • Hmmmm, now I wonder why the ratings are disabled? Lol.

  • that was more10 seconds

  • lol. Let show me one technical punch better

  • i see 1 punch per hour

  • - Sir, its the song again.

    * NUKE THAT FUCKING MUTE BUTTON!!

    - But sir, its only for 45 seco..

    * I GAVE YOU A FUCKING ORDER!

  • that guy would kick your ass

  • @Crazyman123ization i might be fast but it does nothing in power he would get punch right back after the first five. lls

  • @marcusFOREVER please tell me, how exactly does one "loose" a fight? fucking moron.

  • @JunkFoodJohn lol

  • THis is not karate, for who said taht. The garbs kinda explain that on their on. Other than that. 23 punches in that small time is great, but never leave your arms limp as it showed. Whatever you hit taht way will damage your junctions.

  • Okay, good speed, but a lot of loss of technique, I assume you've been working on this more and hopefully are putting more momentum into the punches and eliminating the whipping motion you did with your arm a few times there. Looked pretty cool full speed though. Not too bad.

  • @jcbamm26 Some of the best knockout artists in the world have horrible technique.. I do see what you are saying... If you are gonna claim 24 in 4 seconds there should be some technique..

  • Gay song: DETECTED

  • voce n sabe da nem um soco

  • I'm getting to the weird part of YouTube

  • bro i got into a fight with 8 people against me faggot and they all threw the bitchiest punches

  • @simonmartin1234 So not only are you gay, but you like to lie too. I don't know what your boyfriend sees in you.

  • @JunkFoodJohn

Bruce Lee once said: "Do not act tough over the internet as most likely you would loose the fight.

  • you fucking suck

  • @KJSizzle4 wtf is he gonna hit punching up and down like that?

  • ehm im doin martial arts for 9 years now ,........but i didnt need this experiance to firstofall see tht the guy s doin a fuck and aint know shit bout kung fu and second point i gotta make it aint fuckin important in what speed ya doit but how precisely ya do and what special muscles u use

  • naah i will just blow somebodys head off with a mace...

  • @fastlight007 hahaha in kung fu..

  • @JunkFoodJohn you cant punch for shit dont talk like your king. pedo

  • @simonmartin1234 I've shattered people's cheekbones, so yes, I can actually punch. I have speed, precision, and power. Unlike the guy in this video who only has speed, which is useless without the other two components. You, on the other hand, have nothing but a bad habit of sucking your friend's dicks.

  • @JunkFoodJohn haha bro how old are you trying to pick a fight with a 14 year old you sad pedo i could kill you in 1 minute by punching your pussy ass in the sternum dickwod go troll elsewere and i doubt you could break a 2 year olds checkbone if you tried

  • @simonmartin1234 I'm 16 and I'll fuck you up, you probly never even been in a fight, pussy. You'd probly cry first time you get punched in the face.

  • @JunkFoodJohn who cries when getting punched in the face?

  • @absourate Clearly you would if mike tyson punched you in the face with his famous right hook but sadly hes retired soo yeah. Dont be such a troll and get off the internet mmk?

  • @fastlight007 wow that answer was written by a douchebag

  • @fastlight007 Ignore him... I guess the only weapon he uses is the remote control... cause he sounds like one of those "I'm a pro fighter... I have seen Mortal Kombat on TV"-guys... ;)

your technic looks a little "strange" cause you are hitting the air and slow motion is the first shown... but from the normal speed I would guess that you could do "some damage" just by hitting - and some more if there is a target, you aim for the right spots and move the rest of your body... ouch³

  • pull out a pistol and ur done nigguh

  • i would just let him punch me and laugh hahaha

  • Something tells me this wouldn't be effective against someone training something like kickboxing... you know, a martial art in which you actually throw a punch.

  • 5 seconds :3 counted it myself

  • @fastlight007 well just have to ask bruce lee if these punches are good dont we

  • ooh! I like the form, its so fluid, but you know one could knock you on your etc. and all of them would break you in body in mind.

    Cool.

  • On the comment of VausXX.. saying that your teachers are the owners of the entire shaolin federation may sound like a good thing but it's really not. You probably don't get alot of one on one time, unless you pay for it, and you probably have to do a very generic workout that any martial art could put out. Anything that's a federation is created solely for monetary purposes and i'm not saying that's wrong, but to insinuate that you're good at what you do is a little much...

  • who cares how fast you hit? its only care ... where you hit... and how strong...

  • @fastlight007 I dont wanna fight you bud

  • i just shot you with my gun and u don't doing anything dude

  • @SoPsyko What a pitiful excuse for not doing any martial arts. Unless you carry a gun with you at all times, you cant use it for self defence on the streets.

  • LMFAO XD

  • why are not you using a bag?

  • Scott Pilgram?!

  • 24 of his pussy digs are nothing compare to my baseball bat

  • @Shintroy haha, thumbs up for that!!

  • awesome

  • oh yea well i can throw 4 punches in 23 seconds

  • roflmao whoever thinks this is a real video is crazy. Those are wild punches he is throwing in one direction. There is no control, no martial artists who has properly studied and practiced has that lack of control. Kung Fu = Great Effort. True practitioners would know this lol

  • are you freaking serious? it is so damn obvious that the last part of the video is speeded up.. just for you guys who will say "blabla you are jealous blabla".. no i am not.. i`m impressed by those who really work hard and to some kind of sport they like... but this fake is just embarrassing even though that guy in the vid is quite young

  • @M1g3L i dont think it's fake; i could punch like that when i was around 19 and was going to the gym/practicing karate every day. Fast (proper) push-ups=fast punching speed.

  • very impressive, I have black belts in kenpo karate, ju jitsu, and mma of chi na, judo, brazilian ju jitsu, and mu du kwan, and I doubt I could match that... I started tkd but it was too showy and not really useful in self defense. I always wanted to try kung fu but there are no legitimate schools around here. Very impressive though do you have a school in maryland? lol I have been in martial arts for almost 20 years now so learning as much as possible has always been my goal

  • The question is how much damage would one of those punches doo......

  • That's damn fast!!!

    How to do it?

i am not getting my punches that much fast.

  • This is a martial art they dont punch like boxers which is probably what yous are expecting im a boxer but i can tell the guys punches are straight fast and powerfull

  • them punches wont do any damage thumbs up if you think he's a noob

  • @PlaystationiTzSY i disagree.. plus "noob" is video game talk.... this is real life, not button bashing.... noob!! ;-)

  • definatly went super saiyan

  • 0_o how old are u? and do u have any tips i would love to learn how to get my punches at a speed such as that.

  • @bajanninja 1st tip dont make faces or the makers usally ignore u lol

  • @bajanninja in this video i was 18.however i trained upon it. first rule is dont lift weights like a retard, thinking 100kg in 1 go will get u muscle. small quantity, but higher sets. For example, start with doing push ups. In class we used to do 200+ push ups within an 1 hour, with 25 per set. Do different kind of push ups (1 arm push up, fists push up, wrists push up). Furthermore..learn to isolate your muscles. each movement should flow, but you should teach your muscles independence.

  • @fastlight007 That's pretty interesting I do Parkour the real kind of Parkour like Yamakasi and Natural Method training which is what most martial arts and movement is based on. Not like people who don't train, condition, and stretch then do something stupid. I am not as good as the Yamakasi but I do have interest in Parkour and martial arts because they go hand to hand. So I can relate to this in a way.

  • @fastlight007 ROFL

  • @fastlight007 cool thanks alot man, im gunna be 18 in some months hope fully i can get as fast like that by then speed + power.

  • @fastlight007 Dude if you know who bruce lees master is (IP man) he can do this one move he is so fast he does like 5,000 punches in 20 seconds.he also defeated 10 black belts on his own and he fought them all not like one vs one. You should watch it bro

  • @fastlight007 im sorry but i have to say this after seeing this.....aaaatatatatatatatatatatatatatatatatatata!!!!

  • @fastlight007 Hate to burst your bubble kid, but lifting heavy weights with a low (6-12) rep range WILL build muscle.

  • @fastlight007 200 push ups in an hour is pretty weak if you do calisthenics

  • @fastlight007 Dude that's completely wrong. High volume low intensity lifting won't help in any fight sport. Muscle isolation is NOT what you want to be doing. If you want to lift weights to train for a fight sport then high intensity low volume is the way to do. Olympic lifts such as clean, jerk, etc pretty much any exercise that emphasis moving weights in an explosive manner. Do you have any videos of you actually fighting? Cause looks to me like you think u better than u r

  • @51Hate970 While you are kind of correct. Youre forgetting that he is doing Shaolin Kungfu (which in my opinion is more flashy than practical). Doing fast repetitive movements for a long period of time helps increasing speed and stamina needed in the techniques.

  • @fastlight007 Sorry to burst your bubble but... that doesn't look very refined at all. I myself have practiced martial arts nearly all my life and i'm pretty sure with practice your upper body should have a bit more volume.. Also your attacks have nearly no hip movement. Even when attempting to do fast punches, someone who has done martial arts for a while should instinctively be twisting the hips so as to utilize your bodies strength. Also, way to call out weight lifters as retarded.

  • @fastlight007 if you want to increase your handspeed, learn to juggle.

  • @fastlight007 ok thanks for commenting but just because you cant lift weights doesnt mean the people who can are retards. I understand the quickness in karate involves less reps more sets, but just because you can barely bench the bar doesnt mean the rest of us are retards

  • @OneMillionDunks thats not even wat i mean, i used to go to the gym as well....i think u misunderstood. of course, i respect people who lift weights, it would be retarded not to. wat i meant was, people nowadays that have never been to the gym think that if they lift up 4x their weight instantly, they will get muscle and look like arnold. the question he asked me was how to gain speed. and i answered him that way. my bad.. and im pretty sure i can lift...but i resorted to isometrics so yea

  • @bajanninja ... u need to practice everyday and when u do ad weights to your hands not to heavy tho.. once u get faster with the weights u will be super fast with ur hands.... and if u punch hard things ur knuckles get stronger for example put news paper infront of a brick wall and hit it with time u will have one of the strongest punches

  • this looks like the drunken boxer style

  • cool

  • Boy Got them hands yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh

  • Work on your aim and power

  • @41Bulletz POWER? AIM? If that was a guy in front of him he'd be done. Hes doing everything right. Let him punch you like that. You'll find out how bad it hurts

  • GOMU GOMU NOOOOO GATTLING GUUUUUUUUN

  • He would kill people in a mosh pit.

  • Comment removed

  • Bruce Lee could throw more than 50 punches in 4 seconds, he invented that technique - Jeet Kune Do

  • How do we know you didnt just forward it?

  • why not at regular speed?

  • this guy is a fake mate the world fastest puchches guy i know him and he say it fake this is about 14 secounds

  • goku?

  • wasn't that 8 seconds?

  • sorry abour the typo,im on a mobile phone

  • your strong and awesome and you seem to be a pretty cool dude.awesome video.dont listen to the dumb comments people are saying.you keep pursuing and do what your good at most which is kungfu.and if anybody theirs challenged you im pretfy sure they,ll try, but will feel sorry once they get knocked out.

  • great! looks fast and powerfull.... what kungfu style is this my friend?

just ignore those stupid comments by the boxer guy~

  • @yanse93 Yeah ignore the comments by boxers but please never try to spar against them like that they would take your head off with that total lack of guard and power

  • Sharks can live up to approx. 3 weeks without food

  • @spatesel perfect response :D

  • pretty fast and those werent even wing tsun punches.

  • "jesus christ hes fast...take a look at his neural kinetics theyre way above normal!"

  • haha woopty doo he can masturbate alo0t faster than most people :D

  • AND.........................................MUTE

  • Kamehameha, 1 punch, beat that with 5.75 ps!

  • ghey as the musik

  • a lot of Kung fu techniques wouldn't be allowed in the ring a comparison is pointless

  • Nice! I'm a black belt in shotokan karate! I've been training for 13 years, it'd be fun to spar with you ;P

  • Big deal!

  • How to you practice to get that speed? Do you jab w/ dumbells?

  • speed can become into power learn haters.

  • like the training they do with just the fist against bricks 2 fists away... its conditioning. and the transfer of energy.. stop with the caps tho chrisgrinhard

  • Hmmm thinking u masterbeeee......

  • Not bad, but your skill doesn't match your ego. It's more effective to land ONE POWERFUL PUNCH in half a second than 23 weak ones in four seconds. I wasted my time doing speed drills in Kenpo when I was a kid until (many yrs later) I met a very high level Kenpo practioner who showed me what a waste of energy they are. Put the energy it takes you to throw 23 punches in 4 seconds into one fast, powerful strike that'll be far more devastaing in a fraction of the time. It's energy better spent. :)

  • taht is in slow motion but in reality buah

  • i would rather get hit by something big going slow then something small going fast

  • Air does not hit back.....lol

  • My penis can probably cock slap harder.

  • martial art is an art, stop hating on an art if dont know how to appreciate it .

  • gay music

  • People like to fight alot. Don't beat up a whimpy white kid. It won't make you feel better ok. Even if you think you could, just don't do it. If you get beaten you'd only be a little sissy shit. He's horrible to me but the general population I've seen are probably worst. I've seen ghetto black people sissy slapping each other. White guys get pumped up and do a hit and run punch. Asians blocking air. Ohh man, where the hell do people learn to fight?

  • @bruceliem I learned in a dojo :)

  • @fastlight007: I'm REALLY REALLY sorry to say this, but when the powder was created the martial arts become useless.

  • @DaMercce You talkin bout gun powder or cocaine? lol

  • PRETTY FAST DUDE. A SUGGESTION U SHOULD BETTER PUT THE ACTUAL SPEED FIRST, THEN SLOW MOTION, THEN ACTUAL SPEED AGAIN, I THINK THAT WOULD BE BETTER.

  • None of the punches are accurate, you can throw how fast you want without aiming just like the kid in the video did

  • @loSTLumberjacks59 every strike he release was within the range of your torso...just sayin lol

  • high high high middle middle high low high middle shoryukeeeeeeeen xD

  • I am a martial artist and these punches have horrible technique. Not all of them, but most of them. Technique and then speed. That is and always will be the best way to learn

  • @Gholson64 You are correct in this, but thinking about it in a different aspect...every strike he through was within general range of the torso.

If his best strike is 30 lbs. of pressure...

his worst strike (with horrible technique) is at 1 lb. of pressure...

he throws 23 strikes in 1 second....

just give him 1 lb. each strike instead of 30 lbs. a strike..just assume all strikes are that bad.

at 1 lb. per strike+most rocks being less than a lb=23 rocks hitting your chest per second

  • I want to see it in real time. How do I know you punched that many in a short amount of time?

  • @martynblackburn1977 He didn't punch that many times in this video either lol. Half of his strikes were palm strikes, ridge hands, and gouges lol

  • i'm training karate and kickboxing...and this little guy is doing half punches...however in karate he wouldn't get any point while in kickbox he would run home like a crying bitch...

  • @doi1mi2 I taught Wado Ryu Karate for 4 years. In tournaments, we actually receive a point for a "short strike"...which could have been either a short punch (half punch as you call it) or a sort of chest palm strike. These were used for fighting off some grapples..as you may know..of course a short strike isn't as strong as a fully extended strike. They weren't meant to be the most devastating blow in a fight. However, I'd rather be hit by one full punch to the face, than 50 slaps lol.

  • Pretty sure all the dude has said is he loves martial arts and happens to be able to punch crazy fast...it's enough for me....respect for the discipline! shit another hour of my life I wont get back

  • what...... song :P

  • You seem good at Kung/Gung-Fu in your other videos but I have yet to see anyone use any of these and those techniques you demonstrated in any ring sport or by any sort of armed military because of how unpractical it looks. Sorry to say, man but I came from a martial arts background when I was younger that I have to admit is just not realistic or practical and I've learned that traditional Kung-Fu is beautiful but just garbage against any western boxer or kickboxer/Muay-Thai fighter or what hav-u

  • @ThyChrysanthemum Thank you. although I know very well wat you mean, i just think that you are a little bit off calling it "useless". I have an official book from thailand about muay thai kick boxing and the first page is "paying respects to shaolin". why? because muay thai is a smaller version of shaolin. in other words, type in "sanshou sanda" in youtube. That is basically shaolin kungfu + application and that s wat i learned in china. Wat you think is useless iscalled "modern wushu"

  • @fastlight007 Yes, but you must understand those were the roots of Muay Thai. The art's evolved and cut off so much of it's unnecessary and primitive technique for more efficiency and practicality and you are writing it off by calling "smaller version of shaolin."

And you know why Sanshou's even here and grown and evolved to what it is? Thailand and China used to hold old tournaments with their fighters, where Kung-Fu practitioners would constantly and consistently get beaten

  • @fastlight007 .... by Thai fighters. So what did the Chinese do? They implemented a new fighting system under the banner of Kung-Fu and integrated something the Thai's never allowed in their own set of rules; grappling and throwing technique with the hip, which is strictly prohibited by ring-rules, to get the edge on Thai's in the ring.

Sanshou is modern and almost nothing like, or has any resemblance, to the older Shaolin Kung-Fu style you're referring to.

  • Comment removed

  • @AdeptusCustode Excuse, but yes I do know the difference in the ring sport and its origins as a pure martial art, in the sense that it was more of a true discipline as opposed to a sport. What u read was a direct reply to the uploader who stated himself that "Muay Thai pays respects to Shaolin Kung Fu" and went on to imply it is directly descendant of Kung-Fu.

In a way he was kind of right so don't go on trying to correct me like that and making me out to be stupid, Adeptus.

  • @ThyChrysanthemum Correct...and, they wouldn't allow the use of these techniques, because they were losing to it lol. I studied in several different styles, just to get a bit of understanding in each. I felt the only useless style to me was Tae Kwon Do, which is pretty to watch, nice kicking techniques, but out of 6 styles I studied, the most efficient and "practical" were Wing Chun, Wado Ryu, and Boxing. The striking/trapping of Wing Chun is just so unbreakable if done right.

  • @fastlight007 he's talking about the practicality of the art not the religous or meaning behind it. Just accept it.

  • @fastlight007

Indeed, Kung Fu does have a great amount of different techniques for different uses. It is in no way inferior to other martial arts, especially boxing that is based on none but effective punching and kinetic linking. Muay Thai is a very brutal art, but stems from boxing and Kung Fu's use of practically any of the body for striking. Besides why compare arts? No art is better than the other, an individual may be skilled, but the discipline is what matters.

  • @Arthemesic Truthfully, as Bruce Lee said, the usefulness of a style isn't based strictly on that style. It takes the individual to decide that. This is why Kung Fu has so many different branches, in part, because not everyone's body can handle Wing Chun lol. A smaller person does very well with it. A larger person needs a different fighting style to work better for him/her. I had gone through 6 different styles and concluded the most efficient for me was Wado Karate and Wing Chun.:)

  • @lilangus151 I can agree on u with a lot of points and u have credibility with me since I do favor the use of boxing and you've had experience with that. It's just hard for me to see the practicality of most things I see and more importantly I take it as if I don't see a a huge number of people using it, then it can't be as efficient or effective. You train the most people u can with the downright most effective and "easiest" to digest and break down in a timely manner. Hence why I see few arts

  • @lilangus151 .... in this light, with the logic that I've drawn. Basically, whatever seemed most prevalent and commonly used by many looking to fight I'd have to say it must be logically the most effective. However I do see that popularity and exposure to these common sports/arts has other variables affecting its exposure too, besides its effectiveness (sports marketing, etc.. etc...).

I'll take ur word for it that these branches such as Wing Chun are as effective as you say, I don't want...

  • @lilangus151 .... to make bold statements about these particular styles that you've trained in, without experiencing them for myself. I trust ur arguments here and reserve further rebuttal because frankly I do like ur mentality about going out there to find what is indeed most effective for yourself, as the great Lee did and lived by in his formation of JKD. That is true passion and the beauty of combat sports/entertainment/lifestyle that I love and sometimes overlook. Take what u can; respect.

  • @Arthemesic also, as far as boxing, I was a boxer in high school...I was effectively able to defend myself against this one bully who kept trying to mess with me all the time...he studied Ninjitsu lol. Why kick if you don't have to. Arms are closer to the head, throat and chest than your legs are. And, truthfully I can punch your chest harder than I can kick your chest (depending on your height I guess)

  • @lilangus151

Definitely, fast punches are a quicker knockout than fast kicks. Wing Chun incorporates immense sleight of hand, which I admire greatly. And as for looking for the perfect styles for oneself individually, I agree entirely. I got my basics from my best friend who practices Jiu-Jitsu (part Brazilian JJ I reckon, derived from his teacher, who by the way is a member of Gracie Barra dojo), and MMA style kickboxing, but I feel that my preferences are in Karate and Hapkido.

  • @ThyChrysanthemum /watch?v=4FCDKabF7YQ

    yep ;)

  • @Mstarnr92 I don't think u got my messages AT ALL. I never doubted Sanda or Sanshou at all; but the uploader tried telling me that this was a pure form of Kung-Fu that's very applicable and practical but I've said this before and I'll say it again; the only reason why the Chinese created Sanda/Sanshou was to gain an upper hand against Thai fighters in regular competitions they held long ago until around the 70's the Chinese needed to create a system to beat the Thai's; thus Sanshou exist.

  • @Mstarnr92 Sanshou and Sanda really should NOT be labeled as Kung-Fu and the Chinese population labelled it so, out of petty pride in losing in the ring to Thai's so they just created a similar kickboxing system with rules the Thai's never allowed in order to beat them. They still hold these tournaments against each other to this day and now the Chinese beat out the Thai's since they allow for throws from the hip; which were and still are illegal in Muay Thai. This is NOT Kung-Fu, evolved.

  • @ThyChrysanthemum Nobody really gives a damn what style a person fights. I studied 4 different styles, there are SO many similarities in all of them...the real deal is not which style is better than the other....it's all about who uses their style to it's fullest and who doesn't. If I hit you 400 times, but they are not strong enough to inflict damage, and you hit me 3 times at about 20 lbs. of pressure...you can win the fight. But, you still have to connect with those punches

  • @lilangus151 My friend and I came to the conclusion that it's a parallel analogy to math, u derive the same result from different equations. That I can agree. HOWEVER, that being said I'm not afraid to admit that many arts/styles have a lot of inefficient technique that could be honed and cut out entirely, or preserved to be used under very special/infrequent circumstances (that's the only praise you'll get out of me from severly traditional arts). Some arts have cut out very much.

  • @lilangus151 I have a respect for what each art brings to the table, but I am mad that many schools of thought have not grown or evolved or cut out a lot of techniques that require too much thought and much more style over substance. Why throw a nice spinning kick to the head when almost the same amount of impact could be done with a small feint and hook to the head? Sharp efficiency is key to doing well. Preserve that kick for rare times needed, fine. But dont emphasize on it tho.

  • @ThyChrysanthemum This I will agree on. Each style does have issues that could easily be fixed by some minor changes. I started to gain huge interest in Bruce lee when I was younger. He studied different styles, and I wanted to. He took the good techniques in all that he new and created Jeet Kun Do and I thought it would be good to cross train in different styles...as I did. I rarely strike to the head anyway, except when I boxed. Knees..solar plexus..throat :)
