@dizzydzy The tutorial didn't mess up your computer. It works for mine and I have Sony Vegas Pro. 8.0 {Full Version}. Plus, if you followed the steps given in the video correctly, it should have been that easy for you to upload your video. Maybe you're not rendering them right. Before you save a video, you have to drag the little yellow triangle on your video track along your whole video duration. Then, you would do these steps. It happened to me when I first got it. Try it again.(:
