@ShirakOmegaX That would be a cool experiment to 'extinguish' certain people's doubts. I don't find it truly necessary though because psions already understand that pk events will always bring up questions to their authenticity. If others are encouraging you to be scientific about things it's probably because they rely on reason and proof before they're willing to accept something like this, and that's not very psionic of them :p Your video inspired me, and I'm sure it will for other psions too.

Are you certain the wick didn't just drown in the wax? I've seen this happen with candles. The fact that the flame was getting smaller and smaller would be consistent with this.

@darrylsloan There are any number of explanations which could be applied to this video tampering, fakery, good timing. It is not the standard observed behavior of this type of candle for me that it stops melting wax and drawing enough up the wick to burn. I have also seen candles burn out on their own. I am open to applying any suggested controls for future demos and attempts. In previous training I have spent many hours trying to get a candle to extinguish with no results.

@darrylsloan I have reviewed the footage closeup I did at the end of the video of the wick at 2:54 you can clearly see that the wick is not drowned and there is substantial wick left to sustain a flame. I wanted to be sure so reviewed the recording and it its length is evident at the end of the recording.

Im just wondering here, what would be the ultimate technique in pyrokinesis? exactly how far can you go with it? ive heard of those with the ability to produce a small flame onto a candle, match head etc, but what about anything on a larger scale, or even controlling the flame at all? could activities be done in groups to concentrate energy and produce better results? thanks

@DoorsExciteMe My main goal with pyrokinesis has always been to master extinguish. I hope to be able to apply it on a larger scale eventually like with the windmill and stasis field. The obvious benefits of extinguish are that it is a useful and worthy ability to learn. Pulling and directing flame heat shielding to a degree have already been demonstrated.
