  • I didn't feel like you represented American slang very well. I thought this was just alot of...slang. Maybe it's because of where you are from or where you grew up.

  • I never knew that the opposite of the peace sign was something bad until this video ! and then I heard it in the song where the said a peace sign for the fellas and reverse it for the haters ! (:

  • i knew all of them and i'm from the uk XD

  • I like to say beaver as in:

That beaver has gone around the block, a couple of times :) haha

  • to be fair though, its easier for fleur to learn american slang rather than the other way round because of the movies and internet.

  • Im english and i knew the black top from watching rugrats as a child

  • I ALWAYS SAY JELLY(:

  • wow someone's got a receding hairline...

  • @n0jssomfan Who? I can't see anyone with a receding hairline?

  • @BobJoeIsSex96 Luke! It's kinda funny/sad how he's trying to hide it by combing his hair forward. You'll see when you check again :)

  • I love how Ingrid was in the background in the beginning

  • Haven't heard of so many of these.

  • Loool i love Fleur just being straight rude and Luke's all polite… tru brit ;p

  • @Ndn1011 Yes!!! hahahah!

  • I've never heard Fleur swear before......

  • I didn't know Americans didn't swear using two fingers! In Harry Potter that's what it means when they 'flick the 'V's' I'm sure I've seen that in an American book, but...

  • @maryjoysanderson im american and i never knew that! in america the backwards V is the same as the peace sign

  • i knew pwn! :)

  • furry donut... lol

  • NEVER heard the cake one..

  • Fleur, get it right! PWNED derives from OWNED which comes from OWN which comes from CAT. ahaha

  • BOBFOC, anyone get that?

  • cake means easy

  • I really want a bear claw now

  • @BlackRainDrops137 it means out in the sticks, out in the middle of nowhere :)

  • Boonies mean... in the middle of nowhere, away from a location.

  • Hey guys, um, you never told us what 'boonies' meant?? :s

Thumbs up so they will see!

  • When he said "Jelly" am I the only one who thought of Jennifers Body

  • hahaha fleur and luke together are so vulgar!

  • I so did not know about hush puppies! here a hush puppy is a slushie!

  • hahaha "well it's in a taylor swift song...."

  • cake is also kinda flirting... when you cakin' it means you're flirting or trying kinda hard...

  • Ingrid was just dying in there!

  • are you luke hill ?

  • Luke is cute.

  • Ingrid is sexy looking.

  • AHHAHHA YOU USED BUTTERFACE! These videos are so cute! :)

  • I love hearing Ingrid laugh in the background!

  • Ew I say remote...Im American. But I have never heard clicker from anyone except from California!

  • @Emilyyllove Really? I'm from California, and I've never heard anyone say "clicker."

  • hahha this actually made me laugh out loud

  • I find it so weird how Ingrid doesn't swear, and yet everybody around her does. She said in a tag awhile ago that she says Oopsie alot because she doesn't swear. Hmm.

  • i thought cake meant like " a cake walk"

  • I knew few of those words - and I'm Finnish :) I think it's easier for a Brittish person to know american words because we watch so much American tv-shows in Europe.

  • Lol Luke when Fleur quizzed you on her channel, you said a baby kangaroo is kip? a baby kangaroo is actually called a joey xD im serious! :D

  • Good camera!

  • some of these i havent heard of, and i'm from America! How pathetic for me! lol

  • This was actually a great video idea, however Luke (I <3 you) but you're like a nervous interrupting talker.

  • you pwned her with pwn.

  • Al Capwn3d.

  • LOL wtf i live in america and i don't know half of these x]]

  • For shot gun in Canada or at least where i'm from in Canada we say "Chewwy"

  • I was riding shotgun with my hair undone in the front seat of his car <3

  • At 8:20 I was half expecting her to be like Charlie and say:

"Like, when you get hurt really bad on the head and it turns black"

  • you didnt say what boonies were haha

  • a bowl? a BAAALL a baaaaaall of spit

  • Love this video!!

but do you know that Fanny is also a name in Sweden for example.

  • im from scotland and this video is hilarious! it just shows how rude/dirty british are haha

  • @lulon7 Yes darlin', we all grow up with a saturation of American tv and movies (UK and Australia) alongside our own. That's why we don't feel the need to comment "weird accent!" or "cute accent!"... or one I see left by US peeps often on Brit or Aussie videos "wait... you call that [product] what!?" Whereas we just don't give it a second thought, we are so used to the American accent and we know all your slang and phrases.

  • @charlottebeaut yeah, 'cause it's internet slang... not just American slang.

  • @xBumbleBea24 Um... nah... we use both.

  • Yeah we call it a 'bum bag' in Australia too, not a 'fanny pack' because in Australia fanny also means vagina (but only in slang and not many people often say it, especially not adults), like in England.

  • Some of those were internet slang!

  • ok im from New Zealand and i got all from both. yay me

  • @wherswaly Same! (I'm Australian!) We kind of use a mix of both here!

  • fury donut... PAHAHAH

  • I've never used "Deuces" in that way. I've only heard it as dropping a deuce which means something completely different.

  • 10:35 was sooo awkward. lol

  • I like how Ingrid like skips off the camera place hahaha :)

  • I had to add badonkadonk- as in a JLO esque rear end, Monet - a girl that looks good from far away, but a total mess up close, Duces- means a DUI in cop speak - used as in "I got a duces" a Mikey Mouse job- as in a job done half assed, which lastly leads to MacGyver "He got all MacGyver on me" -like he built a bomb out f gum & a toothpick or something pretty out there

  • Was that Ingrid laughing when "pwned" came up? Haha

  • it means she has a big butt (cakes) (some girls find it offensive)

  • "penny pincher"

    "tight ass" *says immediately*

  • she is very mean to him! I'm sorry Luke you had to go through this!!!

  • I've never heard fanny as "butt."

  • THAT CAMERA.

  • finna, cutty, cut, cut-throat, trilla, hella, yack, . deuces isn't angry by the way, it's the same as peace.

  • I thought "cake" was like to just chill and relax

  • I mean @silverdoe65

  • @silverdoe66 my school too... Haha:)

  • I laughed my ass off when Fleur said "Oh, like she's got cake in her ass" XD

  • i've never heard quite a lot of these :/ even blacktop... i know all the ones she knows though? haha

i guess a lot of these are like southern lol

  • In elementary school we had an outdoor basketball court and it was just called the blacktop

  • a good one would have been facepalm

  • i'm american and i've honestly never heard anyone say blacktop. i didn't know what it was.

  • oh my goodness! She didnt know what blacktop was!

  • I'm on a diet and I really want a bear claw right now.

  • PWNED is internet, not American.

  • @MrChrismanning Except that people say it...I have never played video games and I have heard and used this before.

  • @newyorkloverrr people may say it, but what I'm saying is it originated on the internet, and therefore it's international, not just limited to America. I've heard Aussie gamers use it, British gamers, Canadians. Anyone with a native grasp of English has picked it up.

  • i didn't known PWNED was only american!

  • hahah i love it when ingrid skips away :)

  • No one says this stuff...

  • i love your shirt luke

  • that is sooooooo funny cuz me and my friends were saying jelly alot the other day

  • I GOT MOST OF THEM RIGHT! hehee, so american for a british girl :P

  • i loooove how you constantly hear ingrid laugh in the background

  • I'm a hobo and i find this offensive!

  • the quality of this video is amasing!!

  • "cats meow" "yeah they do" AHAHA I died laughing

  • HAHAHAHA I am cracking up over the fact that she asks for context of deuces and he goes: "well, well like... DEUCES!!" Good context.
