@KJKennels how long have you been doing in for now? i started in january and ive got my own pole and im up to doing the scorpio and gemini with no hands, so inverts im on to now, and im starting just to get enough strength to hold myself up for a short period of time, thats about it, still looking sloppy with some moves though and i dont appear to have lost loads of weight just got one mad raging muscle in my right arm that growls at me from time to time lol
