@Inidentificado you don't understand the fact of poor regions on earth, when people are poor they cannot spend the basic money on investment... the most common issue is that often next to the poor community are fucking rich people in the same country, and they don't care about spending a few million based on a feasible ROI , nevertheless, the cost on the windsystem is most expensive in the base for the beam, and grid, not the beam itself and propellor
