  • it is 315! 3 plates of 45 pounds on each side and then the bar that is 45 pounds as well. so not that hard math to do. 45x7=315

  • You know you lift at a strong gym when they have 135 freakn lb plates! Never seen plates that heavy in my life.

  • it 315 b/c each side weighs 135 making it 270 with the plates alone plus the bar being 45 making it 315

  • Is that your typical bench setup? It's pretty casual compared to what I see in powerlifters' training videos.

  • joe's back issues are pretty well documented. many surgeries etc. not arching protects his lower back.
