this song fits my life perfectly. if i took my whole life and snapped some pictures of it with my mind and put a slideshow with this song, it would match perfectly. God is amazing; he answers all our prayers - maybe not the way we want him to - and miracles happen everyday. you just dont recognize them.

@olimario Miracles happen when it's for God's glory. Prayers are always answered, just not always the answer you want, but the one God wants. Innocent children dying just means that God wants them with him more than He wants them here. Everything is for God's glory, even if it hurts us. But He is always there to comfort you when His glory causes you discomfort.

The big bang is the best theory about the creation of the universe given the observable evidence. We can't go back in time to see what happened, so we observe and reason and deduce.
Now maybe you think God initiated the big bang. That's fine. Maybe you think god oversaw our evolution from lesser life forms. That's also well and good.
@olimario That happens too, not gonna lie. It sucks. And there aren't any neat and tidy answers for it. But miracles do still happen, and prayers do still get answered. Be careful not to get so caught up by it not happening that you miss it when it happens.

Beautiful song. I never heard of kutless. I'm writing a movie script and have been looking for songs to fit the mood and theme for inspiration and to present the idea. I ran a search for "you can do it" then tried "you can" and some of the lyrics showed near the title. Otherwise I might not have looked by the title alone. I was looking for encouraging words not religious. But this is by far the best. God set me up to find it.

This song makes me think about all the memories and just the past 3 years dealing with the loss of my mom. The first time I heard this song I just started crying, not because I was upset but because Im amazed by all the blessings in my life and all that God has brought me through especially dealing with my mom dying and my grandfather dying shortly after. Does God harm people? Not usually. Do people harm people? Usually. God gave us free choice to decide whether to follow him, people chose not to. Sin & death & illness all came to the world because of the choices of men, not those of God. Nevertheless God made a way out. This kid at my school named Mason is a big jerk and threatens my best friend all the time but he's not afraid of him and he tells Mason, "I am not afraid. I have God." That makes me happy when he says that and Mason gets scared when he says that. Mason is afraid of God. We are all trying to get Mason to have faith and believe God. But i have recently rededicated myself to the Lord & made plans with my friends to show thaat we're christian by our behavior at highschool (modest clothing, carrying out bibles around with us, praying at lunchtime) and not being embarrassed anymored . It's not really fair for you to judge if someones a "real christian" or not.

It's great that you've never been judged or persecuted for your beliefs, but in this world, especially in the cruel, sinful world of high school,it can be really hard to go against the beliefs of your peers & show your faith & be DIFFERENT. So the solution is to pray for courage & strength, & be couragous, and hopefully many will.

Beautiful song. I never heard of kutless. I'm writing a movie script and have been looking for songs to fit the mood and theme for inspiration and to present the idea. I ran a search for "you can do it" then tried "you can" and some of the lyrics showed near the title. Otherwise I might not have looked by the title alone. I was looking for encouraging words not religious. But this is by far the best. God set me up to find it.

This song makes me think about all the memories and just the past 3 years dealing with the loss of my mom. The first time I heard this song I just started crying, not because I was upset but because Im amazed by all the blessings in my life and all that God has brought me through especially dealing with my mom dying and my grandfather dying shortly after. Now it helps me to get through with my grandmother.

This kid at my school named Mason is a big jerk and threatens my best friend all the time but he's not afraid of him and he tells Mason, "I am not afraid. I have God." @trueTrueTrueman a lot of people struggle with courage, actually, find it difficult to proudly show their christianity to a world of jdging uunbelievers. Including me. But i have recently rededicated myself to the Lord & made plans with my friends to show thaat we're christian by our behavior at highschool (modest clothing, carrying out bibles around with us, praying at lunchtime) and not being embarrassed anymored . It's not really fair for you to judge if someones a "real christian" or not.

It's great that you've never been judged or persecuted for your beliefs, but in this world, especially in the cruel, sinful world of high school,it can be really hard to go against the beliefs of your peers & show your faith & be DIFFERENT. I'm not saying its RIGHT to hide it, but I'm just showing from a different perspective, it can be challenging. So the solution is to pray for courage & strength, & be couragous, and hopefully many will.

To be honset, I really hate people who go on about God a Jesus and what not, but you can do that if you like. God makes miricals happen, and like this song, the faith in Him makes that happen. Jesus is with you wereever you go, whether you want him to be there or not. I have recently redeticated my life to Jesus, and today the mistakes I've made when I was astray have caught up to me.
