Para Table Tennis adheres to the rules of the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) with only slight modifications to the serving rules for athletes competing in wheelchairs.

Rule modification for wheelchair athletes include: * Sitting athletes are permitted to call ‘let’ if the ball is not playable because it leaves the table on either side of the receiver's court or if after bouncing on the receiver's side of the court the ball bounces back in the direction of the net (backspins).

i think wheelchair table tennis players should be able to use two paddles for both hands since they have less mobility, prob make the game more interesting
