Odd I didn't get this cutscene at the end. Time just slowed down, then froze for a bit before going to the start of it all.

but yep it's an actual cutscene

the cutscene means because the transcendant was destroyed, any events in time caused by it was erased therefore causing time to reverse to the point before we actually meet it but since it's dead it is as if nothing in the campaign ever happened

kind of confusing.....

Wow, I haven't head this interpritation before. I thought you had died with him, hence you become Him. Remember how Sunder kept saying "I can't remember?" The Trancendent slowly lost his memory, and which ever his last memory was he relived it over and over.
