Sensitivity can be a part of any teeth whitening, it is not permanent or harmful, but for some it can be painful. You can use a sensitive toothpaste like sensodyne or colgate pro relief, before during and after and leave on at night and dont rinse. Or reduce the wear time of the strips, or leave gaps in between whitening sessions, Steve

GR work on a progressive basis like all CWS, X 5 mins for 28 days - they work just the same it just they take slightly longer - whitening your teeth back to their natural shade, whatever that was. The Professional Effects and Advanced Vivid are exactly the same strength - the differences are the PE is 20 days v 14 and the AV have slightly shorter bottom strips for those with narrower teeth. Steve
