BASICALLY..

keep your crap on your side at least...LEARN HOW TO FREAKEN USE HEADPHONES!!! <-----EMPHASIZE ON THAT!!!....don't make so much noise....don't always want to talk when you are free (and she's not but she still talks to you) but ignore your roommate whenever you're busy but she wants to talk....just eat your food....basically i don't really recommend living with friends...trust me you're impression of them will change after seeing them 24/7.....being/having a roommate sucks!!!
