whatever happened to this? I really liked it. I got into a lot of anime through this podcast, and also learned which ones i should probably avoid. It was also really interesting to hear about how you guys got into anime and what your opinions are and stuff. it was great while it lasted!

Okay so something I must point out, after listening to the podcast abou thow much you hate certain things about certain animes, is that saiyans were able to cut their hair. But after a certain time in a saiyans life the hair would cease to grow. Gohan had super long hair when he first went super saiyan in the HBTC with Goku. I have an AMC that shows loing haird gohan. But look at Gohan when he came out he had short hair. And in the HBTC Goku said something like his hair was too long.

Yeah, I tried pointing that out, but ran out of space to type, and couldn't post a second comment. But I also remember Vegeta saying something abou ta siyans hair never cahnging. Now keep in mind this is something I am trying to remember, seeing as how I have not seen the show since like the 3rd time they aired through the saiyan saga here in America (That was about the time I got into DBZ). If anyone has a video clip to prove me wrong please send it to me. If I'm wrong I's like to know it. Ty.

I think it's due to Gohan being half-human, it's probably one of the traits of half-Saiyan breeds.

Alright. I'll settle with you on that one. Now just for my own knowledge I'm tempted to actually go and find some of those scenes and find out where it said that the saiyan hair could not be cut. Or whatever it actually says. Thanks for the help and sorry for the confusion.

Someone mentions Saiyans dont grow any more hair or something but I forgot which episode. I think it was earlier on. Vegeta maybe? Anyway, makes me wonder how King Vegeta grew a goatee....

This is a very good podcast second only by escapepod. My favorite was their gateway drug into anime. I'm so damn old my gateway anime was yamato and battle of the planets (gatchaman). Ok Prince Planet was in my era but for some reason i never got into those my brothers did though.

Funny about Gathaman though the American dubbers deserved a prized for the most creative editing ever. Slicing seven minutes from every single episode and adding a robot just to make it more family friendly.
