I think it is about time super girl should have her own cartoon or tv show.

I will like this, if:

1) Supergirl fights crime in her Super-suit

2)They balance out the angst with the saving the world, just like on Buffy The Vampire Slayer

3)Batgirl/Babs Gordon (or Batgirl/Cassandra Cain) shows up to fight crime alongside her in a few episodes, IN COSTUME

4)Superman/Clark Kent does the same, IN COSTUME

5)Ditto for the Legion of Super-Heroes

Maybe the Spin off of Smallville could be called Metropolis, Watch tower or Justice League and alternate the people in it. So could have Chloe, Tess if she survived attack from Lionel Luther, Kara, Green Arrow, Aquaman, Mera, Vengence, Manhunter, Black Canary, Zatanna, Wonder twins, Star Girl, and occasionally Clark and other characters who appeared on Smallville and maybe some new ones.

Instead of Kara going to the future she should have just moved to a different city and then after Smallville ended she gets her own show. Maybe she could of ended up in Los Angles or even Miami.

This would be a great spinoff. I don't know if it would go 10 years like Smallville, but I would sure watch it. I've always liked Supergirl. ;)

I think Warner Brothers, DC Comics, and Legendary Pictures will develop and air a "Supergirl" spinoff series I love Supergirl also she's beautiful, strong, athletic, sexy and loves her friends and cousin Superman very much. Laura Vandervoort is a fantastic actress I crushed on her when she appeared in the Seventh season of Smallville, and later returned for the tenth season before the show stopped airing completeing its seasons. Laura I love you babe you're still S. Girl.

While I'm not the biggest fan of Lana, having Lana in a Kara spinoff would work since Lana and Kara have partnered  up in the comics. And Kara would probably be less inclined to take any crap from her.
