  • Commit harikari, you spoiled candyass. You owe me money. I put my faith in Toyota. You sold me a defective car & REFUSE TO HONOR THE WARRANTY. I'll never buy another one.

  • The guy is trying not to cry in front of everyone, why do you photographers have to make that hard for him?

  • I wish Toyota will come back to F1 one day. They were my favorite team, too bad they never even got a single win. Using the same paint theme they must also, it was awesome.

  • Americans are using a poor method of competition in the car industry with the japanese. The government rackets the japanese manufacturer and tries to recreate a positive impression about the US car manufacturers and creates a negative impression about the japanese car industry. The reputation of Toyota will never break down!!!

  • If american manufacturers were instead of him they would not be sorry. Instead they would say "f*** off",

  • bastard! the CEO should have been put into jail for causing the deaths of 5 innocent people.

He is leading a murderous organization. Therefore, he is a murderer.

  • @indiancentury there is no murderous organization.

  • @TheVideo5094 really, what do you think the Nazis were? That too is an organization.

  • @indiancentury Toyota is not a murderous organization.

  • @indiancentury What people was that? Never heard about that.

  • today i bought a Toyota Prius

  • This is not even mr. Toyoda... It's mr. Yamaka (I can read Japanese)

  • What will happen to Toyota if Etios fails in India.

Akio Toyoda is in Japan and does not understand the problems associated with Etios Quality and after sales support in INDIA.

Indian people who have trusted him and invested in buying ETIOS in India are crying because of discomfort caused due to the poor Engineering of ETIOS in India.

AKIO TOYODA come To India and help us!

The Toyota ETIOS makes sound and vibratiions like a tractor

  • Well, at least the Jap re-paid their war debts and be grateful to Americans as saviorship. Did you know general McArthur was almost elected as president in Japan? Yes, he got big penis and Japanese women like. Lol..but he got called back because President Eisenhower does not like to be undermine. His penis is not as large and he got no plays. But at least Germany got defeat by her native son.

  • just forza hyundai & kia

  • i think he understood the mistake of discontinuing the supra...

  • @FuriousFnF lol that is true they should have never ended the supra but still this is not fair to toyota i mean think about it why would they want to kill there consumers? it doesnt make sence i belive this is a attempt to put a top manufacturer outa buisness toyota has always been a top quality make the curse of ending the supra is apon them i hope one day they will reopen the supra

  • I be damn Toyota CEO crying. Never saw that one coming. IF they knew not to RUSH OUT THEIR HYBRID or ELECTRIC vehicles and take their time like they used to non of this wouldn't have happened.

  • @genestarwindjf80

none of this would have happened if they had kept their manufacturing process within Japan. All the faulty parts (pedals, levers) that supposedly caused these crashes were PROUDLY MADE IN THE USA, by rust belt companies under a Toyota contract. I hate it when people hear about the recalls and say that Japanese cars suck. It's just the pathetic standards of American companies seeping into a high-quality Japanese brand.

  • To be honest, american cars are bs. I hate the fact that cars are being locally made, like how they said Toyota, and how mazda is made in canada just brings me to tears

  • Remember when you feed the currency system (Stock Exchange) and military machines to countries like Japan and Germany, what happens?

  • this is manipulation so that you'll buy goverment owned GM cars

    wake up people !

  • @emforty2 Shut the fuck up, motherfucker. ddi you came out with that one all by yourself or your KLAN members help you out.

  • Toyota is always the best in the world.

Those yanks think they can drive like James Bond and come back alive.

They better learn safe driving first.

  • Don't be ashamed, mister. You're greedy, that's all.

  • 500 flash per one milli-sec of each tear,,,,,, mankindddddddddddddddddddddddd' just trace the bad news!!!!!

  • stupid Nip bastard. You shouldn't have built all of those death machines. Do the world a favor and just shut your company down

  • @rawdawg15 u r really ignorant 4 that comment its not toyota japans fault its toyota of america because of the quantity instead of quality so u need to do your research before you start name calling RAW DAWG!!!..always remember its quality instead of quantity.

  • You are right. They are the world's greatest cars, even have the Americans thinking it. But if anything goes wrong, don't blame the designers, engineers, or managers of those assembly plants (who's mistakes were systematic and fundamental in nature, because they affected thousands of cars) blame the american peons who worked under their tutulage (who if made a mistake at such a low level, only a few cars would have been affected) It's a design fault, and Americans didn't design them.

  • @rawdawg15 Think before you speek, think before you speek. A common criteria that can best serve you in the future. It wasn't Toyodas grandsons fault. It was the North American team that fucked up.

  • every car company makes mistakes, and has to issue recalls. The fact of the matter is that it was covered up for so long, and such a far flung coverup clearly points to the highest level of operations..which is Japan.

  • @rawdawg15 Or perhaps hidden from reaching there.

  • Crying through guilt. Lets hope he attends the forthcoming funerals of the next victims or he can fix the real issue - the electronic throttle control units. Fall on your sword and get your wallet open Toyoda. You have broguht disgrace to Japanese businesses and your country..

  • @88eider88

As far as electronic throttle control: it seems like a real bad idea to me, without a strong mechanical throttle return spring. As far as Japanese cars/companies I like (older) Mazdas and Hondas the best, but absolutely all Mazda's since 2004 use ETC.

  • Akio is one of my friend....he isn't toyoda.

  • I tghout he was Mr. Toyoda but i was mistaken, ah they all look the same it makes me confused hahahaha

  • why's Mr. ''Yamashina'' Cryin? hhh

  • he is not Toyoda. the name plate saids "Tadashi Yamashina" he was the leader of Toyota F1 team.

  • lol, this guy is such a tool.

  • toyota hid behind floormats while people died in cars they knew too be defective, just too save money avoiding recalls, toyota is very sorry, very sorry they got caught.

  • This is not Mr. Toyoda.

This dude is crying, and talking about what sounds like his dead son or daughter.

  • toyoTa, not toyoDa

    dumbass

  • @internetTOUGHGUY1000 in japanese , it is toyoda

  • read title

  • cry baby~~ waeeeeeh~~ waeeeh

  • I dont know who is this person, but he is not Akio!

  • sensou18rg: I am not sure if your intentionally causing doubt or through ignorance but this is indeed " Totoyda Akio " .............

  • failure is a stepping stone to success. i believe in you. cheers, toyoda-san!

  • sorry gentlemen but this person is not Mr.Akio Toyoda, whom i know very well!

  • oh those darned japanese :D

  • i hope everybody watching this video know he is crying annoucing toyota withdraw from formula 1 racing due to economic hardship. participating in auto racing is not only toyota, but also honda core passion.

by the way, the woman who cried in the hearing deserve oscar. her story does not make sense. she sold the car without disclosing the truth to the new owner? if same incident happens to the new owner, shame on you.

  • @k1610m it is the Curse the supra left when they axed it

  • What crap! He is shedding crocodile tears. I drive a 2009 Honda Accord. It too is a fucking Japanese vehicle. bought it new, brand new. Within the first 4 months, had to change the battery. Within 12,000 kms, the rear brakes had to be changed -- ridiculous. Nowadays when I step on the brakes, I hear a squeaking sound from the back of the vehicle. Yesterday, while turning left, the steering wheel was making an odd sound. Honda has lost my faith. I will never buy a fucking Japanese vehicle.

  • The Wall Street Journal

The Lexus sedan driven by Rhonda Smith, who testified in Congress Tuesday about a harrowing incident of sudden acceleration, is still on the road, according to the National Highway traffic Safety Administration.

In fact, the new owners of the luxury ES350 sedan have reported 27,000 miles trouble-free with the vehicle, according to a NHTSA spokeswoman. Mrs. Smith and her husband sold the vehicle after the incident, in which she thought she might die.

  • it's so obvious that this is american conspiracy against the best automakers just to revive their car industry... first toyota, then honda... i had toyota and i bought a new prius couple of days ago so my personal opinion is that this is all bullshit... never had problems with toyota and will never buy an american car in my life... look what they did with the twins in nyc... the killed their own people... this is bullshit... and japanese people are to proud and I'm on their side.

  • click the link above to show you all the recalls in the USA, its not just a Toyota problem but it is the Motor industry as a whole, but to be honest I would still have a car build this year than 10 years ago!!!!

  • well said madmario2008 recalls happen all the time, loads that are secret it take guts to bring it out to the world over a small recall like this, it is just that Toyota has never had a bigger recall as this ford do it all the time, 4.5million last october for cars bursting into flames, burning alive is a great way to go!!!

  • failure is a stepping stone to success.

  • Speaking as a former car designer of both American and Japanese companies, I can honestly say that I would still hands down put my confidence in the quality and performance of a Japanese car. There is no pride in American workmanship (and no I'm not Asian, I'm a PhD).

  • @MadMario2008

Yes, I have a 1991 Mazda Protege that I bought about eleven years ago (Aug. 1999) and I've never had a single problem with it. Matter of fact, it has THEE very same alternator it has had since it rolled off the assembly line in Japan in April '91. This was the very same model that saved the Ford Escort from being dropped I believe. Are the Mazda 3's (replaced the Protege) and Mazda's in general still as well-built? Please let me know. Thank you.

  • @MadMario2008 Asians can't be PhD's? =P

Anyways, yes - American cars are really shoddy when it comes to quality. It's a generalization of course, but my experience is that it's a very correct one.

Japanese cars used to be much better engineered than all other cars, but that's not so much the case right now. They're well-made, yes, but European cars are as well (I'm thinking Volkswagen especially, for some reason - and I'm not a big VW fan for that matter).

  • Comment removed

  • @MadMario2008 Man, if you think American cars and workmanship are this bad, wait until you work with those Chink automakers. You're gonna go crazy.

  • fuck american cars! american cars lacks on everything that good quality cars have....steering+interior+exterior lol ex. cadillac escalade hahahah

  • Yes Americans are so proud of crappy cars.

Most of Toyota cars are made by American workers by the way LOL

In addition, it is so stupid of you to say that American cars are made by WHITES lol

There are lots of African Americans and Non-Whites workers in Gm and Ford factories LOL

  • american cars have the same throttel mecanisms. theyre all made in the same place. its not as bad as they are making it. the government wants to make a profit out of their share of GM.

  • The biggest difference is the salary

Toyota executives get paid 10-20 times less than Ford and GM executives.

  • and... you are gay.

  • The Wall Street Journal

  • What was he crying about?

  • He is crying because Toyota had to withdraw from the F-1

He had to FIRE two F-1 drivers for Toyota.

    He has the human feeling.

  • this was not about the late problems but because the left Formula one !!!this is why he cries.Toyota is no more in the formula one

  • this is why my money goes to Toyota and always will

  • Haha this is the image of Toyota?? He a freaking Baby, they need a leader such as Steve Jobs or Ratan Tata to get Toyota really MOVING FORWARD.

  • LOL

    He has the human feeling

He didnt want to get the 2 F1 drivers to be in trouble but had to thats why he cried LOL

    You shameless heartless creature lol

  • @tenacioustaut

He also cried while saying sorry to killing 30 Human beings. I think he is the heartless crying bitch. Toyota needs to kick him out before he destroys the company

  • the number jumped up

you should believe everything they say

there are many scoundrels who sue people for money.

  • @tenacioustaut

So he cries for people to feel sorry for him and not sue him? Yeah right, he is a bad leader and a bad image to Toyota, kick his ass out.

  • They could have used a different floor mat that doesnt fit Lexus

The US authority investigated the accident and concluded that it was the floor mat.

  • @tenacioustaut

Wrong that was toyota's excuse, now Toyota said it might be the ELECTRONICS which they always denied in the past.

    Again stop being a fanboy

  • Specialists invested the electronic system and no flaw has been found LOL

Dont be so stupid and deceived by the media LOL

  • Easy media target, they paid the government to throw out that report

  • LOL

That is what the Media say LOL

    You poor media victim LOL

  • watch?v=cCIM84AS1Fg

    lol

  • Example)

The Texas woman said that her Lexus did not stop even after she shifted the gear to netural and the back gear.

She said God intervened and stopped her car.

Do you believe her story? lol

  • Many more people died in GM FORD Geramn cars

  • @tenacioustaut

That is not the same, accidents due to driver's fault and there are manufacturing defects. Toyota has some serious ones. If you had a family member who was killed in these cars you would not be talking this way. Stop being a fan boy

  • It was the US CTS Pedal and US floor mat.

  • @tenacioustaut

What about the braking in the Prius? US or not, TOYOTA chose their suppliers. so still Toyota and Toyoda's fault.

  • Ford Fusion has the same problem

  • The instruction for Prius clearly talks about the ABS system

the ABS system works well on icy roads

those drivers didnt read the instructions

  • Dont be fooled by the media too much.

The ABS system have saved so many people, too.

  • all you haveto do is turn off the ABS braking system

the braking system prevents you from skidding on icy roads.

  • If you claim that there are flaws in the Toyota electronics, you need to prove it with evidence.

It is like invading iraq by saying that Saddam must have nukes lol

  • @tenacioustaut

You can fucking find it on all News websites, you are brain washed by Toyota. Stop sending replying. Toyota SUCKS ASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

  • thanks for very academic comment LOL

you are a media easy target LOL

  • you should realize that youve been showing off your stupidity by your stupid comments LOL

  • @tenacioustaut loooooooool.... thats a good comment

  • LOL

Many more died in FORD GM because of defects lol

You are the media easy target lol

  • watch?v=cCIM84AS1Fg

  • And the Oscar goes too.............

  • The OScar goes to the TExas woman who claiemd that God intervene and her car stopped

  • That's passion, you see any Bank CEOs crying over tax payer money. I dont tink so.

  • he starts crying when he talks about the remorse he feels for two of Toyota's F1 racers whom he "raised"...And again when he says he wants to help them get onto another team...

  • Since the end of WWII Japans main goal was to bring down the US auto industry. It's poetic justice....they scratched and clawed their way to the top. It is greed and arrogance that brought them down...Henry Ford is smiling right now I'm sure. It's about time Americans again support American companies.

  • @1mbarbou Your kind of mentality is exactly the reason why Ford failed. Except they failed years ago. Toyota will recover from this problem and make even better cars.

  • mr toyoda, please dont kill your self!!!!!!! we are all humans!!!

    we make mistakes!!!

  • Sadly, Mr. Toyoda will probably end up taking his own life. Because that's normal in Japan. Hoping he doesn't. I feel bad for him.

  • Don't worry,

probability that a nuclear bomb dropped in his city is more than taking his own life!!!!

  • Real nice english.

  • modern seppuku...

  • hey you groper in the train dont cry just fuck with your fake water car loser cheater

  • Tadayashi Yamashina is the tem principle of Panasonic Toyota Racing team!

I wish i also could be a part of his tears.. :'(:'(

  • That's not Mr. Toyoda...it clearly says Tadashi Yamashina on the sign in front of him! Mr. Yamashina = the top guy for Toyota F1. Of course he's crying...he had tremendous responsibilities for Toyota's success in F1, which he was never really able to achieve. Now he's left to wonder when or if Toyota will be in it again...

  • I suppose he is just one case and the same can't be said for all company execs.

    Peace out!

  • How sincere to see a grown business man in one of the highest positions in the country cry in the knowledge that his employees will be out of work. This is where sincerity and loyalty in one culture can sometimes bring people like myself down to their knees (figuratively speaking) Can I see the western business men/companies react like this?

I hope that things change for the better for the japanese company.

  • Heh, after working with them/being in charge for a few years, he's bound to be emotionally attached. But indeed, it shows he truly cares. But of course, this isn't Toyoda.
