if you want to do this; you'll need to install beos or haiku and then run the application called midifloppy. you can download it from bebits or haiku. no windows or mac versions versions.

Irony factor: The video file on the YouTube server is 1.39MB, just 0.01MB too big to fit on a normally formatted floppy disc ;)

depending on what part of a floppy disk the reading is reading, it makes a more or less low or high sound (to the center of the disk or the side).

Arranging datas on it and reading them in a specific order then makes those sounds sound like music.
