Loving the kayaking idea Sarah... maybe you can mount a camera on the front facing at you? Or on your helmet, like those TV ads for Lucozade?!

I'll try and do this whilst going down a rapid in my kayak. Don't think I'll manage a longer section before I end up in the water.
