  • Man the memories !!! I just wish i could back ( when i was a kid )for just a hour to be there and watch my mom make sausage and fresh bread. If i could have one meal it would be fresh sausage fried in a pan in fresh hot out of the oven bread. I will do the same with my kids. tradition!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Me and my brother made some sozizi for the first time. ( very good ) My mother passed years ago and we are trying to keep the tradition alive. My dad made wine we cured are own prozoto, caned olives , egg plant , we made ur own tomato sauce. So we can at less keep the sozizi going. My mother was a great cook. she was born in san giov in fiore came here at age of 19 ( both my dad and her )

  • Thank you so much for this video! My parents are from SGIF and live in Montreal and make the sozizzi every year and even the youngest in our family love them. We all speak Sangiovanese in our family including the young ones. I would have liked the video to be a little slower and maybe some real footage. How about posting some authentic traditional recipes. Again Grazie assai
