What I got from watching the top 4:

1. Grayson (They were just so clean and their heel stretches at the beginning were awesome and difficult!)

2. Chattahoochee (I feel they had the difficulty and they were all very in sync but I don't think they had as much in as Grayson.)

3. Mill Creek (Seemed like a very safe routine. Their tumbling was FANTASTIC. Not all girls did a double down, though)

4. South Forsyth (Wasn't much difficulty. There was not as much in the routine compared to the others.)

IDK about GHSA but in Va we are only allowed to do 3 comps a year districts regionals and states and they probably have some kind of rule that forbids them to go, or maybe they just dont want too.

That really bothers me, how all star gyms train these girls and make them awesome, and then they enter hs and quite allstar for hs cheer.

its harder to come up with more creative stunts since high school has a lot stricter rules than all star.. and the judges like clean stunts instead of showy ones
