  • I agree with Jayjee. Form is WAY off for squats. Not once did her butt go below her knees. Also, lifting a couple of water bottles, in my opinion, does not constitute exercise! To be honest, I don't see how this "workout" can be called a workout at all.

  • Special Olympics tabata.

    Might be good physical therapy for severely injured people.

    Did tabata for the first time today. Pull-up wide grip, Triceps dips with weight, push-ups, squats with weights tabatastyle!

    I'm halve dead now but loving it!!!!! Recommened for the real die hard sporters

  • Not great squat form whatsoever. However, you can perform Tabata's with almost any exercise combo. It just needs to be as quick as possible with impeccable form.......

  • I agree with userek, this is not good for Tabata at all. You can totally rest by doing biceps curls. Tabata is 100%, all out effort. Best achieved by doing it on a bike trainer, in the pool with kicks or on the track with sprints.

  • Well, I wouldn't call that 'tabata'. Tabata is a killer workout, its not just doing 8 20 sets with 10 second break between...

    I don't think these exercises are good for tabata. Super burpees or sprints are good exercises. Also they must be done maximum intensity. If you have _anything_ left after tabata set, you did not push yourself enough.

  • I'm glad to see someone on here who recognizes that. You're so right. What she's doing here would be good for a warm up to a REAL tabata...if that!

    I keep using this video and adding different tabato workouts with it. Using it more like a timer too.
