The question is, what next? I mean, will his visit give positive results on unemployment, civil wars, poverty?

No 1dpapa, one speech doesn't do that. What Obama is doing is giving a number of messages, among these: 1. America has a black president aka a president that shares a fundamental common denominator with most of Africa. 2. He tells Africa that HE and thus USA knows what's going on and are not happy. 3. He provides a beacon and initial explanation about what successful self governance is about.
