  • wow, that is a very tiny place...living in a big city is really cramped.

I'm so used to having a big place since my town is no where near the size of Seoul.

  • I like it. I'm jealous!

  • What's your place like?

  • Small. No loft and it's pretty well-used already. Your place is so nice and clean and new looking!!!

  • Really cute place you have there. :)

  • Thanks!

  • Looks nice!

  • Thanks!

  • That was fun :) Love the little staircase up to your room .

    YASHRN!!!

  • Thanks Kath!

  • Ha! You do live in Dongtan! Holy crap! I wonder if I know where you live. Do you live near Central Park?!

  • I use to live closer to Central Park. Now closer to Lotte Mart.

  • Very Very Nice... but the question is .. how much ??

  • I have no idea. The school pays for it! My utilities should be about 150,000 a month.

  • Jesus Christ, I hit the wrong button!!! Sorry. This sometimes happens as I frequently click on your vidoes to see what people have to say. Hope you two have wonderful days ahead. ~~

  • Thanks!

  • Is a nice place to make a party, but I didn't see the beers -,.-

  • I had just taken the soju bottles to the recycling bin.

  • nice...

  • Thanks!

  • Awesome new place, the neighborhood seems really quiet too, which is sometimes a rarity in Asia. My last place in Guangzhou was a decent place, my wife and I made it into quite the nice little place, a home, but the neighborhood was rife with construction and the hustle bustle of Guangzhou, needless to say, it was always noisy.

Love the vid, and looking forward to more.

    Peace my friend.

  • Wow, looks like a great new place! Very clean and contemporary. Congrats on the move, and hope you enjoy your new living space!

  • Thanks Alisha!

  • Nice place.

  • Thanks!

  • you really have charisma. you should try being a salesman if the teaching doesnt work out.

  • Or a News Caster.

  • Wow, looks like a great place! The building sounds pretty awesome too. I'm jealous!

  • I'm really digging it.

  • Very efficient... Anything that doesn't need to be there isn't.

  • True.

  • Nice digs, tho the kitchen with one burner is a bit crazy IMO. but still, very cool layout. :D

  • Many OffiveTels only have one.

  • Wow, that would be a shock to me. I like being busy with alot of ranges going. So anything that needs an oven ( pizza for example) would be toaster oven?

  • For the most part. Ovens are hard to come by.

  • Great place and features. Thanks for sharing.

  • You're welcome!

  • looks good! I am sure jo will love it!!

  • I hope so!

  • I love built-in fridges!

And I had a feeling there was a 2nd floor after one of your last videos. Kept saying to myself, "those have to be stairs behiind him..."

  • Yup. I'm just thankful for not having to sit on them any more.

  • Very cool! I love how condensed everything is and still with all the amenities. You know I've been dying to see what was at the top of those stairs!

  • And now you have... now Jo will get her turn to decorate.

  • Looks like a pretty nice place you found. I should be so lucky. I'm getting a little tired of this barracks room I've been placed in.

  • In time...

  • i liked the fridge the most :)

  • lol

  • If your washer is in the kitchen, then where is your dryer?

  • we don't use a dryer. Some of latest washing machine from Samsung or LG has drying feature itself but just let the clothes dry itself.

  • It's rare for Korean places to have driers - since it uses so much electricity and costs so much money, driers have only recently become popular in Korea. Most of us still dry it in the sunlight or hang it around the house.

  • As have been stated below, most don't have drying functions. This one does, but I'll have to see if it's worth the additional cash.

  • i really enjoy moving into a new apartment and figuring out ways to utilize my space. It's a bit like playing Tetris. lol

with some good velcro you could slap those little speakers right to the sides of the LCD casing without hurting it at all... a few twisty ties to tuck the chords behind it and you've got yourself the perfect little docking table already.

is that clear dome thingie a subwoofer? i think i've seen those online once, do you like em?

  • The speakers do a great job. The dome is the sub, and can really thump for something that small. I might put the speakers on top with some velcro, but we'll have to see what the Boss says.

  • digging the new digs man, congrats

  • Thanks a bunch!

  • cool place.

  • It's a nice little place!
