Yeah bro did also post on xda and was told too download ubuntu and unbrickable mod and that did not work says something about can not find picture image don not know what that means plus if you read the how to properly you need to have opened up ya fone and soldered some wire and installed the app on the market to your fone but cheers again bro

Thanks for getting back in touch so soon i have tried everything except the usb jig i think i will order one today and yes v7.1 was for the s2 as i got it from the xda forum but it aint no longer on there it must have done the same thing too lots of galaxy s2's will the jig work it;s hard bricked and rooted as you know it had too be rootedin order to flash it to my fone so warranty is void now but thanks for your help dude appreciated... scouseok

i just flashed my galaxy s2 with amestris v7.1 and now my fone will not turn on or go into download/recovery modes infact i cant even turn it on its bricked hard any idea's how i can sort this out? thanks

@scouseok Can you take ur battery out, and try entering download mode for 30secs - then put ur battery back in, and try entering download mode?

If not u'll need to buy a JIG or send it in for repair....is 7.1 even made for s2?

I don't follow the s2 scene sorry.

done flashing it over darky's 10.3.. works fine with wipe. this rom is fast. really amazed how fast it was in opening and closing apps. no lags at all.

And i would suggest going via JVQ stock + sema kernel, although you could try with wipe over darky's ;)
