With regard to these so called knee-jerk "Communists":
Had they lived during the "Golden Era of Communisim" (i.e. while Stalin was in power) more likely than not, they would have been shipped off to the Soviet gulags scattered throughout the far reaches of Siberia / Eastern Russia, -or- would have been forced to dig canal systems / lay railroad tracks that went absolutely nowhere because Stalin wanted them built.
Then, and only then, would they wisen up to the farcity of "Communism".

Then have someone ask these guys how they would feel about the grand idea of Communism after having been (if they were lucky enough to have survived) forced at gunpoint to dig ditches, fell trees, move stones, lay roads and railway lines, build dams, etc. WITHOUT the use of modern (or even antiquated) equipment.

The Fed is an issue, but I don't see it as the central issue.

I'm talking the original power-grab, wresting the Constitutional money-creation power from Congress, gaining the ability to create it from thin air & saddling us with a usury system. Congress would spent money into existence. The Fed (a private entity) loans it into existence, so all you can do is grow debt. The root insanity builds from there--i.e. putting taxpayers on the hook for trillions in derivatives fraud debt they've created.

Groups like CFR & Trilateral Commission gave them a way to screen who fills key positions, ensuring they'd play ball.
