Many games are introducing Kinect voice commands, which I think is a "evil plan" by Microsoft to get people to buy Kinect, we could already use voice commands with the microphone on Rainbow Six and the strategy game.

I'll only be using voice commands to order my people, if I ever do it, pressing buttons is way faster and easier
