  • Why do u need 2 of these fucking big Screens. I Have an iMac with 27" and its big enough and you, you got two of those Fucking big screens. I Wouldnt say that these Screens are shitti ore something like that but you could spend your money for better things

  • @wasisnoida haha if your happy with your one 27" screen then good for you. I do so many things with my screen real estate that It's actually saving me time which in my world and most others, time = Money. Right now i've sold those dual screens and i'm working with 4 x 24" screens. Thanks for trying to be my money manager lol but unfortunately, you fail.

  • Dual 30 inch is awesome, Are you getting Apple's 24" inches LED to replace your 30's.

  • @34skyline I've actually invested in 1x 24 Cinema Display and 3x HP 24" Screens. I have a few videos pending but I've been so busy That I haven't had time to go through them and update the page in a while. I apologize, but updates are coming along with a walk around the room to show you what I have and use. - Cheers

  • @wasisnoida dude fuck off its his money, he can buy what he wants

  • And the award for longest video of someone's knee goes to ....... MacUserLogic. ..."I'd like to thank all the people that made this possible. My mother, Apple, the company that made my school boy shorts, my dermatologist, my analyst and Youtube.

  • Wow...you made a video of this? Jealous? hardly...

    You have no life? definitely!

    shorts? gay...

  • @aysasa91 not to be insensitive but YOU GOT OWNED

  • bad camera angle...

  • Jealous flows through my vains!

Want to trade my 28" Display and a Touchscreen C2D laptop for one of those 30" displays?

    Hahah.

  • WOW!!!!!!! thats gonna cost like 5K

  • @aysasa91 It is such a great thing to Donate, I do suggest people to do so. I put 15% of my yearly income into Charity and Donations to groups all around. Especially Haiti this past little while. My mother in-law has Leukaemia and it has been a huge part for my wife and I to help with donations with cancer research and light the night walks etc.

  • @MacUserLogic

    OKAY

    Well then I DO apologize....but..now..my friend...are 2 30 inch displays realy nessecary :D?

  • he can spend his money on whatever the FUCK he wants.

  • same guy was attacking me on my mac video about donating, he is just mad that is is broke and cant afford anything, dont mind him

  • haha yeah there's always gunna be someone. It makes me laugh cause I used to be a hater when i was like 12 yrs old haha

  • Is your mobile a blackberry

  • @joshakatitch yeah lol its an older 8330 curve. I carry both an iPhone and a Blackberry.

  • at the end of the video at 6:23 there is a tv wat kind of tv is dat

  • @owngunz it's a 2year old 42" Sony Bravia LCD its okay, but i'm waiting for a stable 3D-HD TV to come out just to add to the gadget list of toys in my studio

  • @jgbartsoff lol Thanks!

  • thats 4000 dollars just for those 2 lol it worth the money

  • @owngunz haha well I just sold the Dual 30" ACD and have ordered 3x 24" LED Cinema Displays with 3x Nvidia GT120 video cards. Wanted 3 screens instead of 2. Now i can Record and Track on 1 screen, Mix on the centre screen and Have my plug ins on the 3rd screen. The LED Displays have amazing depth and colour compared to the LCD cinema displays I showed in this video. I'll post some more videos soon.

  • @MacUserLogic Wait can u tell me how u hooked up the three or two monitors to one computer?

  • @owngunz Matrox double head 2go or Triple head 2go if you want too. I'm using 3 Nvidia GT120 Video Cards

  • @MacUserLogic Wait so does the 3 Nvidia GT120 Video Cards come wiht 3 dvi outputs??

  • @owngunz each Nvidia GT120 handles 1 Display port for the new LED Cinema Displays and 1 DVI port for standard DVI monitor. Because i'm getting 3 LED Cinema Displays with 3 Display Port Connectors, not DVI connectors, I went for 3 Video Cards instead of a DVI to Display Port conversion box. Now i can potentially run 3 DVI monitors and 3 Display Port monitors for a total of 6 Monitors off 3 Video Cards

  • So what you're telling me is that you now have 2 23" displays and 2 30" displays?!? Wow that's a whole lot of money. I have a single 20" (NOT EVEN HD!) Vizio TV that has PC input. You are lucky! Good video though!

  • @joseisamacgeek haha no, I just sold the 30" Displays and have ordered 3x 24" LED Cinema Displays instead.

  • wow. I know this is definitely going to be answered no, but could you donate an old lcd since you go through so many? like i said you'll probably say no but my tv isn't quite enough alone. Thanks. and like i said great video.

  • @joseisamacgeek Sure! lol i have an old 19" VGA LCD you can have haha was that the answer you were looking for?? :P Cheers!

  • @MacUserLogic OMG really? I bet you won't ship it to me without me paying right? I have no money, so that's where the issue is held. I can try to ask my mom, but she might not until i get paid. but thanks man! I will definitely see about paying for shipping if i can get the money!

  • Smell the box! All new Apple products have the most amazing smell! I remember when I got my iMac, it made my room smell amazing for a while! When I bought the MacBook... I kept the box... Smells soooo good.

  • @MissJessicaKey haha didn't know, i'll watch for that when the new screens show up!!

  • @SheScreamsTreason hahahaha

  • like your audio setup could ya let me know what do you have there ? or there is a video which you explain what you have and why you pick up such's gadgets why prefer digital than analog?

  • @kradops The Computers: two 8core mac pro's, Dual Apple Cinema Displays (soon to be three 24" LED Cinema displays). The recording gear is the Pro Tools DIGI 003 console, Axiom Pro 49, Korg Triton Studio, Yamaha Motif XS, Studio Logic Numa Nero 88, Digimax FS preamp, TPS II tube pre with Tungsol tubes, KRK V8 and Yamaha NS10's Studio Monitors with Auralex Sound Panels. Pretty Simple overall.

  • @kradops Digital for me is way easier to deal with then analog. Analog takes time to set up, has no memory as to setting used on a particular track if you need to go back to it. Analog permanent where as digital is applied after the raw recording which makes making changes and ideas easy with out having to re record the tracks again and again with different settings. People say Digital is too cut and dry and lacks warmth, I do agree though, I would still chose digital over analog any day.

  • thats what i would do...

  • forget it i saw your name

  • you do audio if so what sequencer do you use logic, protools?

  • Good question. I actually use both Logic & Pro Tools in the studio. I'm more comfortable in the pro tools environment but logic depending is easier at times.

  • ya well in america these cost $1,799 through apple, so...

  • Wow man ,the 8 core mac pro with 32 gb of ram!!! That PC cost over 10 thousand dollars! Not to mention the two 30 inch monitor's which are 3500 dollars! What do you do on that computer!

  • Why film it?

  • um... cause i filmed them back in April when i got them, now i'm selling them but it is still a good reference video here on YouTube as well as on my own website.

  • @Veloceptor I've seen you go from video to video of 30" Cinema Display unboxings (cuz I've been looking at them too) and you haven't had anything nice to say. You also claim your PC setup is awesome. You bash computer enthusiasts when you are one???

  • why two of them?

  • i'm moving my studio around over the next 6 months and will be switching to 24" LED screens instead. Kind of a downgrade but they're going to fit better in the space i have allotted for my monitors.

  • UPDATE: I'm now posting these dual 30" Apple Cinema Displays for Sale for $1850ea with box and receipts where i paid $2099ea. They have warranty until March 5, 2010 and i will ship anywhere in canada by courier upon payment through paypal

  • They are $1,299 each, I think, if you buy through apple.

  • I've just had a look through the canadian site and can't find that price anywhere. lowest i found them was $2099 through their display page

  • Instead of buying one of these, you can buy the new 27" iMac. It has almost the exact price and apart from the great display, you get a pretty sick computer.

  • gawd damn those are nice.

that's like 3000 + dollars though! you must be ROLLING in money.

  • I see you're a music producer. :)

  • haha i like your ringtone :]

  • You can hook the iMac up to the ACD but it would look kind if weird because they are two different height

  • Can I connect a Cinema Display to my iMac 20'' ?

Or is it only for the MacBooks?

  • They work on iMacs as well. I'd wait though. New ones should be out soon.

  • If your imac have mini display

  • 32gb of ram!?!?!?!?!? what the hell would you you 32gb for? nice vid btw.

  • massive sound libraries and Audio editing programs

  • thats amazing. my G5 imac only has 1gb ram lol. it kinda' lags a bit with garageband and 3 jam packs.

  • haha yeah i can imagine. the EWQL Sound Libraries that i use a bunch is 80gigs worth of sounds using their PLAY 64bit sound engine. Its pretty intense on system resources at times

  • Geeeees. Im thinking of upgrading to a 2.66ghz 4gb ram imac. Would that handle logic studio fine?

  • Oh yeah totally. Unless your doing more than 32 tracks with massive plug ins then i think your going to be perfectly fine

  • would 2gb ram compared to 4gb ram make a noticeable difference?

  • I would say no less than 2 but 4 minimum these days. buy 3rd party ram. its way cheaper

  • Man you're C_L_U_M_S_Y_Y_Y_Y_!_!_!_! - calm down, stop being so heavy handed - hehe!

  • what do u need with that much desktop space ? one 30 is enough right?

  • For some people. Some people are still using 15 inch CRT's and that is enough for them. For someone like me, 1 monitor just doesn't cut it.

  • go big or go home, i guess, hahaha

  • so comparin it with the 23 adc those 2 monitors are cheap, or compare it with the price in 2005. the 30

  • u payed 8000 dollar for 23 9 years ago

  • Do you really think you can make me envious with those displays?! Damn you're right!!

  • hey, ur like me, i bought an iMac just for the power cord lol

  • dude... imagine porn on that thing

  • hahaahhahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahaha

  • yh super size titties

  • lol

  • Erm... stfu much?

  • nice music studio......

    do you record @ home?

  • Thanks, i do all the recording at my home studio and occasionally i'll go over to Vancouver and work with a guy in a huge studio with all the amazing gear and Pro Tools HD

  • That's almost $4000 worth of moniters!

  • Massive and beautiful.

CRT technology still has sharper and deeper photo realism. But due to weight, size, desktop real estate, and other foot print advantage, we must sacrifice.

But i accept the sacrifice. I'm almost ready to click and ship me a 30" . I am now using two 23" apple monitors aluminum bezel. Dual 30" would be sweet.

  • rich guy

  • why did you get the apple display when it has a 15ms response time apose to others that have 2-5ms? just curious why your paying so much for this screen..whats so great about it?

  • These are my studio LCD's i dont do anything but Record, Track, Edit, Mix, and Master.... neither of those things require huge response times. these monitors are Huge in quality and they match my two mac pros, my keyboard, my digi 003, my logicitech speakers lol everything is silver/grey including my desk haha if you got the cash to spare why not is my adage. never leave the home with less than $500 in your pocket is the donald trump way of doing things

  • hey..as long as you like em

  • Have you seen other monitors out there, they are fugly as hell.

  • some are nice.. although the apple one is probobly the nicest ive seen

  • please make a studio tour

  • u are sooo rich!!!!

can i get one of ur comps? lol jk

    kinda

  • can you do a vid on your setup

  • OMG How much did it cost you to buy those?

  • about $5,000 Canadian

  • you went from two 23" acd right? Currently im using two 24" hp's, would you recommend the jump to 30"?

  • Hey Wasryan, i wouldn't recommend the jump unless you can afford it with out being stretched for cash. i made good money so i could afford them like a drop in the buckey with out noticing too much drop in my financial well being. if you can't afford to lose 5grand then i'd stick with the 24" HP's. they're great Monitors

  • hes a prosumer, he needs them.

  • r u rich 2 mac pros and 2 cinema 30 inch displays wow

  • hey KOLTON545:

i just turned 26, grew up in a hard part of town my whole life and really focused on my music and beat making when i was just in high school.... 2 yeras after grad i opened my own business and now i make some decent money. more than my parents ever did when i was growing up.... its not easy to push your boundary's but it can be done and you can make some good money at doing what you love.

  • Hah i hope im successful like you when i grow up. I'm currently in High School and im sommewhat starting to get into some of these editing programs. Oh and the Apple CInema Displays are sickk! And im guessing it guests annoying when people leave comments like "your so richh dude!!" " No, i just did this thing called work..."

  • Comment removed

  • ...i was talking to Macuserlogic but are you the same person ? Haha but besides that i think i would get annoyed after a while.

  • Haha it doesn't get annoying, i have one account for my recordings and one for my techie type stuff. i work pretty hard and get paid well for what i do.

  • Hehe im going to TRY and learn how to make an app for the iPhone/iPod touch! Oh my goodness, im pretty sure it will be difficult. I have to learn how to code programs and ...things.

  • To everyone who reads this: These Displays may have low specs but will out preform any monitor i've used in my life. i've owned a total of 15 LCD monitors from numerous suppliers and Apple is the Clearest more Vibrant monitor i've used in my life.

  • i love this displays...
