I remember watching a stop motion cartoon back in 1959 of 1960 of an African native pinned to the moon kicking the moon surface slowly to alert help. His friends (who were not African) were raising an elaborate ladder to try and reach him. Does anybody have any info on this cartoon? Write if you do. Thanks

@spudwas You're probably thinking of Jasper and his multiple adventures, such as "Jasper & the Haunted House". They're on youtube. I only know that because my mom has been talking for years about some stop-motion show that had a scarecrow that really scared her when she was a kid. We finally found it on youtube.
