@codizzle67 you have to replace a broken satellite dish. it is part of the main quest but you can skip it by going straight to rivet city, Jefferson memorial or smith caseys garage.

i was a lil disapointed tht the makers of fallout would make it so u cant do in the white house and see every thing i mean i would even by a small dlc if they just remake the white house with a small main quest line 4 it but think of all the stuff u could do with like hidden passage ways in the white house but o well fallout was still a great game
